i do, but i think of God as the ultimate force, the energy that everything is made of and the energy that connects everything in the universe together
not some angry dude who sits on a cloud, waiting to punish anybody who doesnt worship a specific religious book in a library of religions

God did not "create us in His form."
God is just the human term for the inexplicable. God goes by many names and forms, and God is perceived differently by everyone. I voted No because I do not believe in God with a Christian or religious connotation.

i don't believe in god because there are soo many different religions with there own gods and most(if not all) religions say that they're the only real one and that theres is the only real 'heaven'. so i think you're really kidding yourself if you really think that your religion is the only real one and that everything else that millions of other people believe in is bogus. O and the bible is different now then what it was when it was first put together. so Every bible you'll ever read or get ahold of now is King James' version. He changed a whole bunch of stuff when he decided to get a divorce but the original bible said that it was forbidden so he rewrote it saying it was ok. i wander how different the bible would be if king james never changed it to suit him.
this is off topic but i hate the really religious type that are always preeching to the non super religious type and think that its fine to suck dick and get fingered but will argue you till they're blue in the face about pre-martial sex and how bad it is and that they need to 'save' themselves. i also hate the type that regularly go to church and participate on there own will but will tell you that they don't agree with everything the bible has to say. Either you're in it 100% or none. You can't just believe in the certain parts of the bible you want to and zone out the parts you disagree with. I've met so many super religious type people that do drugs but say that they don't agree with that part of the bible saying not to alter your mind with substances (even though thats a bit hypocrital of the bible to say because all they drank back then was wine). Sorry about the long post but im very into my opion about this type of stuff and get frustrated very quick.

The God that the poll was referring to is a God that decides. ie: God designed the universe, it exists this way because God made it to exist this way, and if it were up to God the universe could be different. That is the general consensus of what God is. Yes, I know some of you believe in God as "some sort of higher energy" that you have no clue what it is but just believe it exists, but that is your own definition of 'God' and it must never be confused with the religious/decisive God. If you believe in a higher energy but not in a God that decides then you should have answered no to this poll. I apologize for not clearly defining God as the definition of God truly is a raging problem that causes a lot of confusion.

God exists, just because ppl dont understand it all, doesnt mean god exists, there is a god over certain planets in the universe, so there are many gods in the universe, dont belive it, god created ways to read this and computers, the internet and so forth, think about it there is always something above us, probably been though what we are going through as I "Type" humm what a mindblowing thought!!

there is no god. don't flatter yourself in saying that we are "special" compared to every other animal out there. WE created god. we are just an intelligent hairless monkey, people make us out to be more than that...
god is the easy answer to everything. evolution is FACT.
oh, and scott, WE created language, WE created computers.
