1 brick of coir 650g. Prepared according to my Bucket TEK 7q of spawn on oat berries 54q unmodified tub Takeaway points - Spawning to bulk isn't a sterile procedure, you can do it in your living room with your bare hands
- Clean spawn should be very easy to break up, you should be able to do it in your hands, I don't recommend breaking up every jar with your hands though. It was a demonstration of the ease you should have in breaking up spawn jars
- Take the time to make your substrate even and level
- Make sure it's well mixed but if there's a few spots where it's not perfectly mixed that's fine.

in a SAB with media bottles

The flame isn't as close to anything as it might look. I've thought of using some hardware strap to hold it down but wedging it in with a dollar store leatherman tool works great.

I use a propane torch also, and when I used an SAB I kept it right next to my box pointing away from my face. I'd
mainly be worried about burning my arm/arm hair with your set up.
