homemade "mycobag" using an ovenbag?
    #2432834 - 03/14/04 11:44 PM (14 years, 1 month ago)

In my search for autoclavable bags cheaper than mycobag I have found "oven bags". They are made for roasting a chicken in the oven, so clearly they are made for high heat and steam. If I were to attach a filter patch and maybe an innoc-spot, would this be usable for a grainbag?

Check the faqs, I just read a thread about this exact thing and it had step by step instructions.

frock...Sorry if this was a redundant thread, but I never noticed anything about oven bags made for cooking chicken or whatever, i only saw things about mycobags and other "autoclavable bags".

Chi... do you think that the oven bags are responsible for that? I don't really see how.

Fee... I'm not so sure I have anything to trade with you, but for now i'm just going to try these bags to see if they work well. Thanks though.
