That's cool guys, but this isn't the saralove giveaway thread. This thread is about the domesticaion of wild genetics straight from Victoria Australia.

I was aware, would be suspicious if you said you had gotten germination from those spores in less than a day

Ps. Alutaceae T2 cultures on agar just prior to being transferred into sterilized grain masters.

Here is Psilocybe alutacea pinning on an MEA dish with a thin layer of moist vermiculite.
Six cultures were isolated from this dish, three were primordia clones and three were from nice looking sectors.

Thanks Steevo, I did a small container with some of the left over grain spawn from my proper experiment with sterile substrate and a pasteurised casing layer, this is on untreated coir/verm/compost with a thin layer of untreated coir/verm/gypsum. Here are three images of some side pins and one pin forming in the casing layer.

This species seems to form primordia on agar media quite readily and isolating fruiting strains is easy, I believe this species would fruit directly from cased grass seed.

Put some spores to agar last night I figure I may have a chance at fruiting these outdoors as it’s supposed to be a warm winter with temps mostly in the 50-60’s

Here's a few images of the small container from my last post in this thread, good luck with your spores Germs.

Thanks Tom, I was quite surprised at how well this small container did, there was a small amount of colonized grain left in the spawn jars, it was used to inoculate some untreated coir/verm/compost and a very thin layer of untreated coir/verm/gypsum was added as a casing layer. I'll try a similar project with soaked and cased rye grass seed spawn.
