I just grabbed another 5 ETH at 1960. Nailed the little "mini-dump" with the expectation that ETH will, as you propose, hit 2000+ in the not too distant future like it did last night.
EDIT: Another chance to buy if you're inclined! ETH at 1954!

Man, you do WAY more analysis than me. I gave up on that. I just look at the behavior of PEOPLE. People make the market move. When prices hit the shitter, amateurs run for the door. The smart money (all of us, I hope) wait on the sidelines and buy up their losses. I was largely in cash, so buying on the way down made major sense to me. The last tranche of ETH I bought was at 1867!
In the long run, that should serve me quite well.

Nice! Sell so soon thou? It looks pretty promising for the long-term, since it runs as an ETH token on the ETH network.
Ive been also checking out The Graph, another ETH-connected crypto that does indexing/archiving blockchains similar to how Google indexes websites. But the best part? Its the only Alt-Coin with 4 decimal places! https://www.coinbase.com/price/the-graph

I sold half of my stake. My strategy has been turned to hold long on my top2 (BTC & ETH) and take larger gains on smaller coins. Alt coins make 20-30% moves on a daily basis. If you catch them right there's lots of money to be made. If BTC or ETH make a 6% change everyone is losing their shit. I'm holding.
Holy shit just crushed 2 orders on UNI too.
The graph I bought at 1.9. Sell order at 2.83.
YFI is going to be my next big win I'm waiting on. Bought at 38.901 Sell order at 52.384

Enkidu: To answer your question more directly, and with an actual "number" - applying the principles in Raynor's video (above) the BLUE line represents a reasonable stop loss of 54,250. Not to be taken as gospel or advice - but since you are into TA - there you have it.

Actually, a retrace might look closer to 47k by my estimate

But this needs to drop more to indicate that and so far its showing a lot of strength working to prevent it.
Far as i can tell we are still in an upward channel
