Wow...not a single post in 15 hours?  OK, I'll break the silence.

I think even 300K is way over-optimistic.  100K, sure.  150K possibly to probable.  200K unlikely, but if it reaches this you better be selling. 300K - utterly impossible this market cycle.  My $.02.

I believe Ben Cowen discusses the reasons why in this video, but can't 100% remember if this is it.  He's nuclear engineer and math expert and brutally mathematical in his approach to giving guidance on the very question of BTC toppage you raise.

I think he meant a year or two. Not in a couple weeks. I don't think anyone thinks its going to 300k by summer

Well, IMHO this market cycle will crash and burn well before then (meaning a year or two) taking those overly optimistic numbers along with it.  Maybe 4 - 5 years from now...not this market cycle.  3 - 400K will take BTC into (maybe even beyond) the maximal bubble territory and way past the "SELL...Seriously SELL!!" realm of the BTC Rainbow chart.

People who espouse those kinds of numbers are intoxicated with Hopium, and not well grounded in the cold hard facts of this market's actual potential.

I agree that the numbers do sound absurd, yet it's based on the two prior Bitcoin cycles. So yes it is based on facts and evidence. Does that mean every cycle has to repeat itself? Absolutely not, but it should also not be dismissed as bullshit and hope.

Most people aren't even aware of the market capitalization of Bitcoin at this point and what it is on a relative basis to other asset classes.  Apple has double the market capitalization of Bitcoin at this point, that's just one stock.

I like Cowens videos. Hes seems to me the most honest, anti hopium least bullshit TA guy on Youtube. He also made me feel smart with my biggest holdings VET and ADA in this video.

Just to throw it out there, you guys know what happen with MATIC how it went up so fast?. Its cooling off hard now, but that could have made us filthy rich. I was in MATIC at under 5 cents. If I had held it after 12c where I sold thru all the pumps I'd be on a yacht with bitches right now at 50c. That was a hard lesson learned to not sell after the first pump.

So my second attempt to get instant rich is with Harmony ONE which is on a hard rally right now nearing 7c,  I got in at 3cents. And I expect it to do the same as MATIC. ONE is a very similar project to MATIC, it's an ETH scaler but its actually more than what MATIC is, and I expect it to do the same as MATIC in terms of price jump, and it will also get listed on coinbase soon this year, which will cause the interstellar pump.

So if you were thinking about buying MATIC, I'd load up on Harmony ONE instead.

Tell me about it, I had 200k doge at one point that I sold when they took off the cap, I never thought it would make over a penny each.

Exactly!  PLUS he's been deadly accurate in the past  And I mean spot on to the point of scary.  Here's what he says w/r/t BTC and likely market top.  Fucking guy uses CALCULUS!  Take 6 minutes and tell me this doesn't make perfect sense (video, above).  I have every intention of bailing on BTC and wherever ETH may be at the time, right when he says in this and other videos.  No matter the method of analysis (I've seen three different approaches used by him) the max price he finds always converge on the same price.  That kind of corroboration is utterly convincing to me.  Here's one of the "corroborative" methodologies to pair with the video, above:

It went so high today it's got to chill out and hopefully come back down to 7 or 6.5c soon so we can buy more lol.

I think it could easily be worth close to a dollar or more end of this cycle, and I strongly believe over 5-10 dollars next cycle in 3 or so years. Same with VET. I see these as cryptos to stake throughout the bear market years but I will sell some at the top hopefully.

I look at a lot of the coins that are under $20 or $10 dollars today, and they were under 5c - 20c in the last bull runs. Like chainlink is popular today at 25-30 dollars but I wish I had stacked it in the last bull runs when it was 30 cents.

I like these coins that are under 10c because they only have to go up to a dollar or so for your bags to be worth a fortune, but are more likely to go way past a dollar

Edit: epic run to 10.8 cents in a day bonkers.

Looking at the rainbow chart if it continues on the same trajectory it looks like 90K  before a bubble correction.

I think I'm going to nibble some ETH and BTC.  Maybe add another 4 ETH and $3,000 worth of BTC.  If the dip continues, I'll do it.  I'd love me some ETH around 1720.
