Is anyone jumping in?
Why do you like it?

ALGO seems to be looking pretty good to me right now, especially with an extra 6% apr for holding it on coinbase.
Anyone have any negatives or positives they would care to share concerning this particular coin?

Ya I searched this post and your the only one who has mentioned it. I picked some up at different prices today between 1.21 and 1.24 buying more if it hits 1.1111 while I'm sleeping. However I wouldn't count on the price crashing anytime soon because that 6% apr could be making it super attractive to larger investors wanting to dip a big toe into the crypto game, possibly why you consider it overbought, and also why it's still holding strong. It definitely has the accoutrements in place for making a long term investment look attractive.
I'm going to keep buying; whenever it dips below 1.25 I believe you're getting a good value. Its already back over 1.26 right now.

Idk how, but I liquidated a good portion ( a little over 1/3) and then bought back in right as it started to turn back bullish. I liquidated only because I'm not putting anymore cash into the market for the time being and wanted to buy some of the dips.
Took profits from FIL, DNT, and REN already, just a little to hedge, talk about the ability to gamble at your fingertips!
I also bought more ALGO to hedge the ALGO I had bought @125.- giving me an average of 1.11 on the ALGO I'm still holding. Thinking about cashing at profit, but probably wont.
I'm suspecting crypto will continue to expand exponentially and there will be big winners and losers on altcoins in the near future, not to mention the folks getting worked by BTC.
I came up while the market went down, coming up now that the market is going up. Yes, I am taking chances, buy and sell orders that are constantly tweaked; but I bought in to make a gamble, so if I loose everything it's not going to affect what I am having for dinner, but if I do come up big time it might affect where I eat my dinner.

Boys, BTC could settle between 10k & 100k or more USD this time, not saying it will, just sayn it is possible, we have no idea how the big houses are going to play or get played by the whales in crypto.
My guess is closer to 15-25k and an exponentially bigger altcoins market, but that's just a guess.
Btw, I bitched out and hedged some ALGO...

What app are you using?
If you placed a buy order while the price increased it probably did not go through.
I'm out of FIL @50% profit. Probably buy back in due to the volatility on this one.
coinbase strategy: keep enough DNT that you can trade it for whatever is down. Trade back whatever is up whenever DNT hits .27 or lower.

The idea is that your buying in permanently, so if a particular coin is crashing sell or trade it, but make make sure to keep at least one(or a portion), because that my friends is called diversification.
I didn't buy enough FIL to really keep any and still maintain decent profit percentage wise and had it on coinbase pro, so I sold it and bought OXT. then put sell orders in and hit this thread.

Yeah its getting hard to keep track of what is actually going on in this thread to be honest
Not very enjoyable when i come here to try and gather whatever important information i can by reading MULTIPLE opinions and views on things
Now if i want to do that i need to sort through multiple pages of posts ...
The search feature is your friend.
Continually posting back to back to back is post whoring and can be very disruptive to an on topic thread.

Perhaps you could wrap up the days plans in one post so the rest of us have time to digest thine highest wisdom and possibly we can "learn to trade", then the thread can turn back into a discussion instead of the budman show.
Back on topic has anyone checked out the tiny volume of BTC that is traded on coinbase?

I took my profits and reinvested already, I'm counting on a bull market until at least September, the drops just weed out the panic sellers.
Buy low sell high is the plan. I'm sticking to the plan, eventually the market will cooperate.

I had taken all my profits early and had a few buy orders that hit when the market dipped, so in my mind it made good sense to go ahead and buy up more on the comparitive cheap. Like you said time will tell.

Because if rednecks, neckbeards, and the like don't keep buying physical the price will plummet (or correct) to a more realistic value.
Picked up some ETH @ 3850 and some REN @ .88
I believe I will continue to buy ETH and hold for the next 100 days so long as the price continues to rise, seems like the most promising investment asset available to the general public right now and more and more people are waking up to it on the daily.
Does anyone else see ETH hitting 10k in August?

Yes, little doubt that ETH will hit 10k eventually.
I see it doubling again and once more at least after that before it takes a breather.
I believe that eventually ETH will overtake BTC in price, as it is currently smashing it in preformance. The only real question is when, and it seems to be escalating exponentially.
Of course I always have the chance of being wrong, so I'm not betting anything I am not prepared to lose.
One could fairly say that presently the sky is the limit on ETH, while BTC seem stuck @ 60k.
Time will definitely tell. I'm personally hoping for more steady and steep gains in ETH, as I have decided to place the bulk of my disposable cash into this vehicle for the next 100+ days or so.

I have only been scrutinizing the crypto market for about 40 days or so. I have always been a silver, guns & gold type of guy notwithstanding hard cash.
That being said MATIC has been moving and I have noticed it, however all the stats that I have been looking at are saying that ETH has steadily outperformed everything for the last 40 days or so and there is really no reason to think that trend wont continue. However I do believe MATIC has potential for a short hold money maker due to the volatility of its recent swings. basically I can't tell you anything that you don't already know. Buy low sell high is the cake we are all trying to bake.
