I went from having zero anything a month ago. Now I have my first crispy dry QP.
Not a whole lot, but man I had nothing but mold for like 8 or 9 straight months.

My trick is to fix everything wrong with the train in the first couple hours, then hide and fuck off the last 6 hours. I just pretend it took me 8 hours to troubleshoot and shit.

No, fused strands of myc to form blobby formations is tho. Singe strands are just aerial myc.
IME these days 9/10 times people asking about aerial myc is actually fused strands to look like linear bacteria.

On Thursday I began an inoculation session with 25 plates I had just poured the night before. Was wrapping the third plate used from the stack when suddenly the parafilm snaps causing my hand to bump into the stack of plates, knocking the entire stack onto the floor.

Thanks man. I was going to post a pic, but couldn't get a good angle to show what I meant, but I'm pretty sure you know exactly what I mean.

Hard to keep the surface on point without over misting in uncased tubs, for my conditions. I added the bottom second layer of micropore back onto the bottom holes of my tubs yesterday. My uncased KSSS tub was getting some bluing near the bottom holes from I guess it running too dry. The tub of KSSS that I cased, same clone, is doing great.
Well the uncased tub has a thousand pins coming in, I just don't want to saturate them.

My one mono was doing shit for weeks, I finally had a couple pins pip up near the sides and that took like a week to grow from pin to shrooms. I was trying to figure out why it stalled, my guess is maybe my field capacity was too wet, than my tub wasn't getting enough fae and Maybe the mycelium thought it was drowning and kinda went into hibernation. Decreased my misting and allowed it to dry up a bit, took my lid off for a couple hrs..anything to dry it up. Im now seeing more pins starting to show but man my tubs look fugly. My other tub full of metabolic excrement along the edges.

So my friend helped make wbs jars and I think he didn't let it drain for long enough. Alongside that, I didn't shake after the PC was done.
Went to inoculate today and all of the jars are a mass of wbs that doesn't want to break up via shaking or even hitting them.
I was going to do LI on them, but I guess it's not worth it?
