Alright...well, I've FINALLY made it to the fruiting stage and my 3 casings are in the chamber. I have a couple of questions regarding misting and keeping things in check.

I'm home all of the time at this point, so how often should I mist the CASING and how often should I mist the PERLITE???

Also, is just regular tap water with a bit of peroxide okay to use on the CASINGS and PERLITE??

When it comes to watering the CASINGS, could I just use an eye dropper to put water in the four corners of the tray to avoid spraying the shrooms themselves?? What's the best technique!!!

Take a spray bottle, stand a couple feet away from the casing and spray and let the mist fall down on the casing. Therefore, it gets wet, but not drentched. Use clean water in this stage, tape should be fine. You shouldnt have too much perlite in the chamber, but if you do, just make sure its damp. Tap water should be find also, but if you want to be extra sure, just add a little h202 in the mix.

I rarely mist when pinning first begins... I usually mist a hell of alot in between flushes... I'm not sure how most do it...

oh yea, i have fish tank bubblers for air exchange so i don't open the lids... if i was hand fanning id probably spray the sides and lid every time i fan

The perlite keeps my terrarium real moist, and sometimes I think too moist cause I read that casings prefer a humidity in the 80s not 90s

So should you re water the perlite everyday then?

God says dance with your heart
And shake free of you desire

Where theres a will theres always a way
When you get confused listen to the music play
