100% failure to germinate on agar

Summer will be here soon and I wanted to get a nice shroom supply for me and my three boys for spring camping so I PC'd up 9 qts of WBS soaked in hot coffee/water with 2 handfuls of gypsum over night per usual.
I had a syringe of GT and one of Treasure Coast so I put a drop on 3 agar plates of each type. 6 agar plates altogether. I gave each jar 10 ml so I ended up with 12 qts and 6 plates.
Fast forward 15 days nothing in the jars. And the plates....Im not sure whats in them but it is not mycelium.
What could explain this complete and utter failure?

pics and spore syringes are dirty. 10cc per jar is INSANE. you need a drop worth.

Yup you probably got a crap syringe. But try again. A few weeks ago I hit up some plates from MS, 1 out of 6 germinated. So A week ago I did 6 more plates from the same syringe. 6 for 6 that time.

Im no good with metric system. I got 6 qts per syringe plus 3 agar plates. I stll have 1/3 of a syringe left in each.

My first thought. But two? Different kind each? and from a decent sponser? I'ts been a 2 weeks so I'll drop a few plates tonight and see. But my 12 jars, nothing in them so do you think they are still viable and would it be smart to pc them again? They all have sfd's and silicone injection ports.

labeling a syringe as 'bad' is kinda just an extreme truth.
all syringes are going to be dirty to a degree. spores take 8-15days to germ on grains. keep waiting.
dont re PC anyhing. ever. lids are cool.

I experienced a lot more success when using an inoculation loop for taking spores to agar, which can be done with a spore-syringe.

Try streaking the plate. Instead of just putting a drop on it to roll around. A little easier to know where your germination should be and possible pull some growth from. Check bods link for the animation of how to streak a plate
Here is bods link. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21922023

Put one drop on each plate ... only .5ml per jar ... if after 5 days no growth on agar do a warm (agar still warm from pc) pour it over the spores on the plate
