Rhizomes aren't showing much, but I don't know if that is due to photos or not.

It looks like it's the picture quality.  I think I can make out some rhizomorphic growth

Definitely worth a transfer. I think you will be ok. Just grab the best looking leading edge from a few areas and transfer. My ms plates on these looked similar
