Pf tek - Fruiting chamber perlite too dry
    #24268191 - 04/24/17 10:19 AM (7 years, 8 months ago)

Hello,
I set up my first shotgun fruiting chamber last night, dunked and roll 2 of my cakes that were ready to be put in the fruit chamber. However the only way to strain all my perlite was to use the fruiting chamber and run a tap over the perlite to rinse it off till the water was filtered out. I have been misting and fanning the chamber today and i am worry that the perlite is too dry. Should the perlite be soaking to touch ?

and i am correct in misting over the chamber, so the mist can settle on the cakes and the perlite ?

Thanks in advance for replys

U should b good. Perlite do sent absorb  water. Water just cling to all the lil nooks and crevis6. And that is the proper way to mist. Good luck!!
