Time for everybody's favorite game: mycelium or mold?

I over misted and my casing layer has been too wet. I'm concerned I inadvertently introduced mold. BUT everywhere else it looks great.
If this is mold can I just dig it out?

waaaaaaaaay too wet... at least from what i can see, its kinda hard to tell if that is verm or water reflecting
someone will have better advice than me, but first thing i would do is put a fan in the corner on high, oscillating indirectly from any subs that are this wet

Glad we're on the same page. The real question is whether or not that fuzzy white patch is mold that needs to be dealt with or myc that should be left alone.
Still a noob, still learning.

cant really tell from the pics, but even if it was, youd probably cause more harm than good by messing with it
you will know soon enough
id start prepping the next round of stuff just in case
also, you dont really need to worry about "introducing mold" when spawning to bulk, since we do it in open air it is absolutely certain there will be mold spores introduced
when people get contams it usually has to do with using dirty spawn (not that thats the only thing that could go wrong)
how did you make your spawn? definitely want to be using agar to get a clean culture, not squirting spores (which are never sterile) into anything
