Newb question: Is it ok to add new cakes to terrarium that has cakes already growing?

Just wanted to make sure before I go ahead with it.

Also, how long should I use the perlite thats in there before rinsing it?

Yes. and I rinse it every month or so. You can use the same perlite for a long while before changing it out too.

:nothingtoadd:

Like Hero said, no worries add them.  Also on perilite... Make sure it is well rinsed.  First time I grew I didn't rinse perlite  enough when setting up sgfc.  Went to clean/rinse after about a month (in container)... Clogged my tub, but more importantly clogged ventilation holes in bottom... Took me longer than it should have to figure out why my sgfc was suddenly misbehaving.
