Well, there's a lot a man can say, and even less he can do. Takes work. Grit. Fortitude. And free time
These cakes use a little more verm than usual, and organic brf, finely sifted. I mixed the water and verm first, then when I added the flour, there was just a whole bunch of little verm pellets. I thought that was neat, so I loaded the jars just lightly. No packing. And a small layer of verm on top. These cakes have been colonizing for a little over 2 weeks. The myc just shot right through them . There's one, in the back, that's left over from a kit. It was still trying to colonize from my last batch of cakes, almost 7 weeks ago it was inoculated.
These cakes are light and soft, instead of my last dozen, which were heavy, and hard. I think myceliae does better with more air room. All the cakes finished exact same day, within 12 hrs.
As for fruting, I am done with shotguns, I am crumbling these up, with a rye jar that is pinning, into a 60q. 4q spawn, 6q coir/poo mix. Small later of verm on top. Unbodhified tub

Should I mix 1:2 soawn:sub? I'm using 50coir / 40 poo/10verm.
Would I hurt, or what would it matter if I did 4q spawn, 10q sub?

I spawned 3 pint cakes to 3 QT of cvg today. seemed like a good ratio once mixed up. I would do the 1:2.

Ok. 8m gonna add my two grain jars for the hell of it. I don't have enough room for another tub after this one, so why not go all out
It's 7q total, I'll do 12q sub. Wow. Maybe I'm creating a monster!

Crumblin that many cakes isn't as easy as just one or two.
I've seen people talk about growing spawn bags
Everything in my house smells like I work in a mushroom factory. I can smell it outside.
I cased with less then 1/8in verm, Got it level, with a level, before sprinkling the verm on.

1 brick o coir held 4.5q of boiled water perfectly. Thanks bodhi for that info on one of your teks. It was the closest to field capacity over eve seen. I had to squeeze it to check. Perfection. I used 4q hpoo, because it still had some left, and a q of verm in the sub mix. Smells so nice. 66q tub, sterilite. The kid is different this time though, it leaves a little gap along the middle. Kinda curves just a bit. I set my other up on too of it to make up for that gap for now. Layer, I think it will be helpful.

I'm putting happy and positive words on my tub, like masuro emoto. Send the vibes to the water in the sub, and therefore the fruits as well. Think happy thoughts for my sub everyone! It's her birthday

That's 48 hrs. Unmbodhdded tubs are the best. The small cracks in the lid/tub make all the convection you'll need.
