oh, and to add, brown rice has less phytic acid than wheat, I assume rye also has a higher content because it seems closer related to wheat than to brown rice. Brown rice is also known to be a safer grain than rye to tyndalize.

uhh i dunno.

ive been soaking wbs for 24hr for a combined couple of years over the last decade. not sure about the hole soaking grains shit.

why are you avoiding grains? celiac? doesnt soaking a grain/nut 'wash' the acid which is a natural preservative?

i know alllll about celiac. just say away from every grain. even the non gluten based ones.

eat tons of salmon and red meat and shirmp. not all fish/seadfood are the same so sick with those.
also lots of yogurt and shit. im sure you know all this. i have personal experience living with celiac
people. it fucking blows.

i also know about tooth issues but i wont elaborate further.. other than i brush 6 times a day and i use baking soda.

and actually, you are quite right on the spot with life being poisonous to me. It's poisonous to you as well, but having a lot of toxins created by spirochetes inside your body means having more difficulty excreting the toxins everyone else is exposed to just as well.

I don't know about phytic acid or whatever but would rye grass seed be adequate for your bulk needs? Doubt it has gluten in it.

Failing that maybe you could do mudafuka bottles with straw/brf/verm/potato flakes/coffee or some shit?

Use Beans.
Quinoa?
Sorghum?
The mushroom ain't gonna have celiac in it anyway, and they're gluten free!

I'm not worried at all really. It's not about the gluten content, nor about the phytic acid. My question is, could it be that the soaking of grains is not beneficial  because of endospore germination and subsequent easier killing of contams, but rather the soaking is beneficial to the mycelium because of reduced phytic acid in the grains.

I don't know how much the myc absorbs physic from grains, or at all. I have heard the reason is to get dormant endos to flourish and then get killed off  quick  during sterilization.
I've only had one bacterial jar, and that was using the worst grain possible, with tons of endos, corn

Soaking isn't all that beneficial if you can boil to the best moisture content (which is actually pretty hard to achieve given the shit info on here, 5% bursted is way too much water for grains)

this thread makes me want to blow my fucking brains out lol

I have a friend who uses natural tooth paste and natural deodorant. he smells like shit and hasn't got laid in months, usually a 1-2 time a year phenomenon. He'll tell you all about fluoride and aluminum too but I guarantee he will die earlier than most of us will even on his fancy diet. He won't be as happy either. I'll stick to my Colgate and get my dick sucked while eating my wife's pussy.

buy a pressure cooker and read it's manual if you have problems with bacteria

as for the original question, I doubt it has much to do with anything. mycelium probably enjoys the phytic acid if I had to make a guess

yes, soaking removes the phytic acid. Don't know if it is being converted or leached.

Yes, celiac, but that leaves non-gluten grains, only I have Lyme's disease, and my teeth are being affected. Intake of phytic acid restricts intake of calcium, magnesium and if I'm not mistaken also zinc. Without phytic acid, there's a higher uptake of minerals, and you have a better chance for healthy teeth and bones. Combine that with no carbs and more fats, and your body goes into a ketogenic state, what makes seizures less likely (which I've also had, sadly). Add liver to the diet and you up the amount of fat-soluble vitamins as well. I've also switched to home-made toothpaste. All store-bought ones contain glycerin which inhibits your teeth to remineralize, and most contain fluoride, which is just bad for your body as a whole. It's even bad for your teeth actually. But as long as the aluminum industry doesn't find a better place to dump it, it's going in drinking water supplies and toothpaste, and both doctors and dentists will continue to be thought it is healthy, despite research pointing in a different direction. Money makes the world go round.
