Here's what's left of one of the master g2g jars I used. Mixed with a little cvg and put a ziplock over it. Should fill up the jar in a couple days.

Been noticing a few fruits with golden caps in few of you all's posts, and in a shoebox of mine. This inspires the idea of going back to the parent print, fruit it out, then clone, fruit, print, fruit, clone, fruit, print, ect. Basically carry on the domestication program, and release another stock of prints in a few more generations.

A few more generations of a prudent "domestication" regimen and Lucy will be fully stable. I put domestication in quotes because most cubes are already domesticated. It's actually called Stabilizing or Purifying Selection

Good Job man!
Well shows how much I know, the jar that I thought was too moist is growing rapidly, this pic was a couple days ago.
And the jar I thot looked the best stalled looking too dry so I shot 10cc of sterile water into it and shook her back up :/ figured it's worth a try, didn't look bacterial just dry

actually it's the same jar. I took transfers from the plate prior to transferring the rest of the plate to the jar.
I have some plates on their 3rd 4th and soon to be 5th transfer, all of which look reaaly nice compared to anything else I'm working with at the moment. Already have a bunch on grains but a lot were the original germination plate or the first transfer.
It's easy enough for me to spawn shoe boxes with those early transfers in the meantime so it's worth the risk for me especially with this clean of a source.
Thanks Ham for your extreme precaution in the matter as it has really shown and paid off so far.
I will be doing these side by side using cakes slurried to muda's bottle tek in bags also just to see the difference and check my cultures in all scenarios. should be fruiting some of those first transfer gain jars any day now.
oh yeah I also took a couple grains from that jar back to agar for the hell of it because I liked the look of it so much.

I took some T7's tonight and some more t6's as I just liked the T5 plates I still had, nice growth. My Lucy LC's are coming along nicely. One was only like 100-150ml so it is done. Not Lucy related but I have like 600ml of Pan cambo LC that could be used now, lol. Need to test these all LC's!
