Nice work, fellaz!
Mad, be sure not to cut the wedge you inoculate your LC with larger than a grain of rice.

Plan:
Currently running a batch in the pc. Tomorrow I'll do a 10:1 with one colonized jar; in a couple days I'll do one more pc run for another g2g ( for a grand total of 28 jars), and I'll spawn the remaining original 8 jars to my 16 qt monos. 2 jars per half brick coir per mini mono.
I recently started using the 16 qt monos and love them but instead of "fruiting at spawning" like I normally do, I will wrap each mono in a trash bag until colonization is complete. This will prevent premature evaporation which has evidently been a slight problem.
I like the smaller tubs because they fit right in my kitchen sink and they stack easily. They get plenty of fae.
Rant over.
Pic:
None, I'm lazy and you know what a grain jar looks like already.

Last one got 3 about that big, maybe a slight bit bigger. I may toss it as some fucking way I got random shit in there before PC. Like I think I was stoned and grabbed a jar and failed to rinse out well. I can see a few hairs floating round in it. I KNOW for sure that happened prior to inoculation. I have been gravitating more to smaller batches of LC, like 200-300ml in a pint instead of 500-600ml In a QT.

It's to ensure the colonized wedge sinks into the liquid media.
I like wide mouth pint jars the best for LC. For a quick couple of syringes go with a wide mouth half pint.

Kinetic, which 16qt tubs are you talking about, sterilite? I have 27Qts, but they seem to get way too much FAE because of the uneven lids. Maybe I should have left them unmodded as per bodhs tech.
As for the progress on this grow, I have three jars going, I cut up one pasty plate into each master jar 2 days ago. Should be clean as it was on the 3rd transfer... plus the grains look perfect! YASSS.

Just did man, thanks for that, I will have to try those, they are the perfect size to have a lot of grows at once without taking an absurd amount of space!
Also I love how you don't even put liners or holes in there. You just prop up the lids for FAE?

No. I leave the lids on completely. Dont get the tubs with latches though they suck horribly.
I have actually been dub tubbing once the pins set. Seems to work well. I would post pics but I don't want to document every single grow lol.
All the grows in this thread and the clone war were done with the blue lids on and the tubs were double stacked. Plenty of fae. Curiously the tubs on the bottom always perform better....

Alright, Mr, Iamsuddenlytoocooltopostpicsinthisthreadington. It's just that we love to voyeur mushroom growing in all it's stages of growth!
My jars, are approaching full colonization, so is the bag, the LC is jammin, and the you style nocs, are needing a shake. Have about 3 more things to do before I can get in the lab, and update, and move the LGT onto the next step of the cultivation process. Be about a day, or two. Maybe less. Hopefully not more.

I shook my jar about 40 hours ago. The recovery looks great and should hit full colonization in the next 48-72 hours. Hell maybe sooner. There is a lot of regrowth just since I looked at it last night. I may get to g2g these, fingers crossed lol.

Interesting, is that a damp cloth over your jars?
Could I ask why? Is it so that particles don't settle on your jars while your waiting for the air to settle before handling them?

I wipe down the master jar with the iso soaked paper towel. Then I spray around the band with iso. Then I put an iso soaked paper towel over the top of the jar and set the jar aside where you see it in the pic.
I pull the five slave jars out of the pc and line them up like you see them. I remove the foil and set it aside. Without touching the jars or reaching over them, I spray iso all around the bands in a couple fluid motions and set an iso soaked paper towel over the top. Put the sab back together and Fuck off for 15 minutes.
Thats just how daddy likes to do things.....

I'm interested in seeing how others do g2g. Fumbling around with the 2 piece lids kept fucking with me, makes me wanna invest in a shitload of sfd's and the white screw on lids.
Too bad there's not a video upload option for mobile. Youtube doesn't upload from iPhones well at all
