After seeing this thread I went out to check the mail just in case I missed it lol I have another print I'm waiting on as well and some poured plates ready to be swiped to. Just went and picked up some grains yesterday too. I'm looking to do an unmodded tub and a monotub with micropore over the holes to compare results for my first shot at bulk, maybe 5q of spawn for each

I usually do fruiting conditions after like 5-6 days colonization like 90% colonization
Fucking broken lids fucked up my corners on the pesa tubs since I wasn't around but twice a day to see them

Definitely in on this!
got it a couple days ago and have been so anxious to get things going.
Will be streaking some plates today.
It'll be nice seeing your progress along the way as well as anyone else who chimes in.
Was planning on using standard bucketed cvg in a micropore monotub, but may try other methods and want to try coir solo.
Also will be testing if the top layer to cover grains is beneficial in my environment.
This will be a lot of fun can't wait to see some progress.
Will update when I see some growth...!

On of the plates that I Didn't streak has a bunch of Bacteria growing on it!
So weird. Just 9vernight. It's fuzzy
