So my friend has been experimenting with sleep deprivation recently.
Staying up between 2-5 days at a time.
Says hes fucking loving it and hes literally bursting with energy and excitement every time I see him.
Hes been using a combo of MDMA LSD 3MEOPCP Hashish and extremely large doses of coffee for this.
Hes been talking about some really far out experiences and im interested to potentially join him in trying to stay up for like 50 hours for my first time just to see what thats like.
Have you guys tried this kinda thing before? Whats the scoop?

hes in his early 30s and has the physical build of a naval officer and the mind of a genius
hes not the kinda guy your gonna meet on the street
he goes into work for a 12 hour shift after being up for 3 days and bangs out hard physical labor like its nothing, im not even kidding around
hes a fucking animal and i respect him sooo much for that

Well obviously he's having fun if he's doig drugs the whole time. But it will catch up to him and it won't be fun
Sounds like a pretty stupid idea imo. Sleep deprivation is no joke

hes not just sitting around delusional hes going to work like this doing hard labor for hours on end
he does 3meopcp multiple hits of LSD drinks several shots of espresso and eats 100-200mg all at once then smokes a huge bowl of hash and goes to other dimensions alone by himself at his house then goes to work when it wears off

he said he hasnt pushed it past 5 days the last time we talked about it and when we met up he had been up for 3 days at the time and popped 2 E pills instantly when we met up.
hes one crazy mother fucker and he loves talking about how he laughs his ass off at how much of a pussy everyone is in comparison to him, he thinks its hilarious how much it scares the fuck out of people when he goes to work to do a 12 hour shift of hard ass labor and halfway through he says to his boss/co-workers "yea you know ive been up for 4 days?"
i love this guy and ive known him for many years.

in general? maybe like a month or so?
im not exactly sure i should ask him more about it.
right now ive decided i need to take a break from seeing mostly everyone for a while, if any of you guys have been trying to reach me via my phone im not gonna answer cause im just gonna be leaving my phone off for a while. thats the reason i dont have the answer to your question.
im working on a lot of personal projects and frankly i dont want to talk with people on the phone or in real life for a bit.
i dont mind talking to people on here though

You might be interested in polyphasic sleep cycles, it's not hardcore sleep dep, but you might find something interesting from researching it further.
You can train your body to do some interesting things.

Your friend is an idiot. But you probably knew that already. Is he all there? Like does he have a history of mental illness?
He will eventually start to lose his mind and his grasp on reality. If he keeps this up, it's simply just a fact that will happen (if he hasn't already)

When I was extremely depressed in the past and had trouble sleeping anyways I dabbled with sleep deprivation in order to trigger a manic state that would make me actually feel good for a couple hours max but then make me feel much much worse than before.
If you're mixing drugs and staying up like that you're gonna have a real fucking fun time when you crash..
Staying up after so many hours fucks with your adrenaline levels and junk...its not good

fuck if i had a friend like that and got along with him id be down lol. i used to work for three days straight and smh at people who call out over BS or had trouble sleeping.
ive crushed out open close open closes as the only manager on benders and keeping a journal of why i should fire everyone else and clone myself

the thing is that he does go to sleep eventually and he doesnt do crazy drugs all the time, i think most of it is really just coffee and hashish really.
but he drinks literally a large glass of straight up espresso to the dome we are talking prob about 4-6 shots of espresso in one go.
i was telling him if i even tried to drink what he does i would be so sick i would have to go to the fucking hospital.
he does that and then smokes a huge bowl of hashish and walks out the door.

where the fuck did i say this was cool? i never did actually.
im pretty concerned about it if thats not clear enough to you but the point is this isnt new, hes been doing it for at least a month if not longer and he knows his body and mind and he knows the limits they have.
you think someone in their 30s who has been doing hard labor for over 10 years at sea and been tripping on psychedelics for 15 years doesnt know their own brain and body?
how long is it gonna take for this to bring up a problem? its already been somewhere between 1-2 months i know that for sure.
no problems yet.

you guys realize that speed and coke heads stay up sometimes for between 1-2 weeks.
thats the kind of shit were you start talking to shadow people, my friend said he does not want to push it past 5 days and i warned him very specifically not to.
