Help a noob PLEASE
    #24246426 - 04/15/17 12:59 PM (7 years, 8 months ago)

I will get right to it...
I have a tray fruiting and I havent liked the look of the growth on areas of it, but being a noob I wasnt sure, anyways it reminded me of the way mycelium grew in a pf jar I had and knew was contaminated  (kept just to watch and learn). I cant think of a way to describe it, but today that part looks to have a greenish tint to it.
Should I toss her? Pinning nicely on most the tray btw.

Look fine
If there's any hint of blue in that spot it likely to be bruising from drying

I would at least wait a couple days to see how it progresses before tossing the tray. I've had a few trays look like that and they seemed fine. They flushed pretty good and I was able to clone some of the fruits without contam issues

Thanks for the advice guys. I will watch her and see what happens. Just wish I had a second greenhouse to use for the "iffy" ones.

You have no molds.

Also trays fruit in mono tubs just fine if you want a separate chamber.

Contaminated or not, I came home to this after work
Have them all drying. Sadly, they dropped a ton of spores. Cant believe how fast they matured!
