Thats prettynasty looking i see alot of green maybe its just the pic. It looks grim to me. Get what you can from it before its too late. The none colonising would suggest contams.

The pic looks really green like i say maybe just the pic but what im looking at isnt white anything but white is bad even some white is bad. The dark colour may be blueing from being too dry.

Fruiting before full colonization is usually a sign of contam.

The mycelium is trying to push out a harvest before it gets attacked.

I can't really tell based on your picture but it's not lookin too great

Looks alot different to tbe first pic. No bluey green bits. Layers arent a great way mixing is always better. As above fruiting before colonisation would indicate something else at work. Did you get your c/v to field capacity itsnot dry is it

Hey Mazda,

Unrelated but did you see that new episode of Rick and Morty?

I would just let that bad boy colonize, see what happens and try to grab as many fruits off of it before it goes green

How does it smell?
Any Misting/Fanning?
Etc

The layers are doing that to ya.
Mix next time.
You may be able to get away with mixing it all up right now. I did that with a small tub. But then you have to wait some more.
Also could have been bacterial spawn.
Do you have pics of the wbs jars?

if you are getting pinning before full colonization you are almost certainly facing a devastating contamination.

The fungus is fruiting in an effort to carry on its existence through dropping spores...the mushrooms will be fine to eat...but that will turn bad within a day or two....see the grey mycelium opposed to the white? that's mold.

Using layers instead of mixing thoroughly was your mistake. Next time don't do that.
