easiest way to pasteurize wormcastings and straw?

could i use the microwave for straw and wormpoo? anyone know how long to put em in for if i can? thanks

no you do not pasturize in a microwave
its immposible
do the pillow case in a pot at 170 for an hour and a half and your golden

the pasuer/steri was done in the microwave with great results aparently

oh yah, and people say theres a difference between sterilization and pastuerization but i myself have not noticed one other than the only bulk substrate i ever pasterized got contamed. i now only sterilize and get good results.
