Are these rotting or are they normal?

The shrms on two of my pf cakes look like this. Notice the darkening/whithering on the bottom edge of the caps. This is the second flush from these cakes and they were dunked after the first. Are they rotting, or just maturing? what causes this? thanks for the help.

Well, they do look a little odd, unsure really if its rot, are
they squishy or still firm?

You havent been spraying anything on them have you?

Look a bit like mutant b+'es to me, time will tell i suppose.

They are still firm, and slimy like the rest of the caps, but not squishy or mushy. I havn't sprayed anything into the fruiting chamber, however I did spray some lysol in the closet that the chambers are in, maybe some got in, could this be the culprit?

They are either cambodia pc, ecaudor pc, or koh samui pc. I'm not sure which because the dude that was taking care of them for me while I was on vacation moved them around, the moron.

Could they just be large abhorts? Should I harvest now or wait and see if they get worse?
thanks -420

If those had a darker/more redish kind of stem theyd look just like some Pann Subbs.

indeed lysol could be the culprit but i doubt it. probly just genetics of that specific substrain. i had the same thing happen on my first casing with hualtuas, but i still ate em and they were the shit. they arent rotten though so pick n dry i say. also those look like KS to me, they tend to have wierd caps
