Mushroom Pizza

It's been about 4 months since the last time I tripped, and I'm doing it really soon, as soon as it warms up.

This time though, I'm trying something different, and making pizza. One thing I heard is that the mushrooms should only be put in for the last 2 minutes of cooking the pizza, because too much time in that heat will break down the psylocin. Is this true?

Why not get your pizza and add shrooms onto on each slice just before you eat it .............

Cause I wanted to melt cheese over the shrooms, to hide the taste a little.

With the taste of the pizza the shrooms should not taste that bad or just spread the cheese apart and put the shrooms under and enjoy

I would say the pizza will be like a brick laying in your stomach; I wouldn't eat so much; the more you eat, the more it's possible to experience some nausea.
I would advise mush-soup: Just prepare a bowl of soup; let it cool down for 5 minutes. Then graduatly add mushroom-powder; and stir occasionaly. Stir for about 5 minutes and then eat the soup.

The first 5 minutes of waiting: To drop the temperature of the soup; so the active ingredients of the mushrooms won't be destroyed.
The second 5 minutes: so the active ingredients can be absorbed by the water.

This is a great way to cover the taste, don't lose that potency and not having a full stomach ...

Also, I don't like tripping with food in my stomach...I feel I just don't peak as hard...I try not to eat within 4 hours of dosing.

I can eat a ridiculous amount of food and not feel nausea... I think I'll be fine.
