Anyone want to take a quick look at Dmt-Nexus and guess what is going on or how something similar could happen to this site?

IMO the Nexus doesn't have shit on shroomery. I mean the Nexus is great for information on DMT however I feel like the format is all wrong. Shroomery nailed it by comparison in terms of the forum search function and message boards.

The DMT Nexus has been targeted in various cyber attacks by script kiddies and that ilk several times before and I'm under the impression this is what's happened recently. The Nexushas always recovered from such attacks in the past and while I don't know exactly what's going on or why, if it is a cyber attack I'm sure it'll be solved. If you're a member over there I would suggest checking back periodically and changing your password once the site is restored.
It's a real shame that The Nexus comes under attack like this every so often because it's not just another "drug forum" or whatever. The Nexus is the only forum I'm aware of with a substantial 'Attitude' section and no trolling. Plus, The Nexus is also very well known for their research section, participating in and even creating legitimate research protocols and projects related to DMT, other entheogens, and psychedelic science in general. There's always important and interesting things going on at The Nexus and the people who attack it aren't just picking on some drug people, they're picking on mostly scientists and researchers and good, educated people, usually hindering research that could potentially lead to world-altering scientific discoveries, in the process. An example of the kind of research you'll find reported over there is one doctor's campaign to have injectible N,N-DMT solution added to crash carts in hospitals and tool kits in ambulances because of the ability of DMT('s injectable salts) to halt oxidative damage due to hypoxia conditions in the brains of people experiencing reversible clinical death en-route to, or already in, the hospital. This kind of a thing would give doctors precious extra minutes to save a person experiencing clinical death ( http://the-nexian.me/home/research/159-can-dmt-help-survive-clinical-death )
It's pretty frustrating to see such a special place get attacked by such arrogant, ignorant, and impotent minds, but that is exactly the goal of such hackers, right? An old piece of psychological wisdom comes to mind: 'Only people who can't control themselves and their own life seek to control others.'
