Unfortunately, all have been lost except this one. Inoculated in late January. It will be at full colonization in several days. Images are a 360° of the jar.

It's definitely bacterial but no signs of green so It's good to go.
Is it fully colonized? Not sure if thats just dry verm layer sticking to the glass or not

Which pic are you referring to? I'll post a better one. My project is failed because of the nasty apartment I'm in at the moment; I'm relocating soon and will hopefully be able to maintain a more sterile environment. Also picked up a PC

There is roughly an inch gap left for the mic to colonize. Then consolidation and the dunk. Thank you for your advice.

Would 105 Qt box be too large for SGFC?

If you have enough cakes to fill it then no. But I would be considering a monotub set up at that point anyway. That's a hell of a lot of perlite and it would be heavy as fuck.
I personally wouldnt buy a tote that large for any type of FC

The box is 6.5 inches above the ground. The light is 13 inches above the lid. There is 3 inches of perlite. The chamber has a lot of room around it, except one side is 12 inches away from the dresser. The hole are two inches apart grid, approximately 1/4 inch. The holes aren't perfectly round because I don't own a drill.

Mist it, give it air.
Stop touching it!
And wait...

I'm a little confused about how much i should spray; I've been following the spray till glistening misting cycle about 4 times a day. I feel like it's a lot of water, but i only respray after the cake stops glistening and is only moist/dry.

Watch if water is pooling in your chamber. 4 times may be too much. You'll have to figure it out
Enough water is enough:too much is too much:
It's like a house plant. It's your houseplant.
Treat it like growing strawberries. They like water, but drown them and get mush (and not mushroom, ya dig?)

Besides if they have plenty of Fae, and you can verify that, water is good. Just not standing water. That's gross

Right, sounds like I'm doing fine on misting then. I'm just a bit concerned because the knotting I posted has been around since day 4, but hasn't really changed at all now as of day 11
