how would i go about making a psilocybin tea from the truffles? they are nearly dried out completley but i suspect a very small amount of moisture may still be in there...
do i just simmer the truffles (not boil) for 20 minutes or so, strain (and dump truffles), add a tea bag/milk and drink?

Are you in the UK? You sure they're tampanensis? Or mexicana? No big difference between them and cubensis except maybe a touch more euphoria and slightly more bodyload. But that's just my impression - your experience may vary. Drying them out and capsuling would be the best idea. They taste like soggy shit in tea.

depending on how much you take. let say 15 fresh grams. you will be totally functional. a little off, but functional. ie you can have conversations and what not.

Dont agree. For me these are way more introspective and well 'thinky' than the cubies. Actually not sure I like them a huge amount after my last try.
