I somehow doubt it, but you are welcome to experiment. I can't recall this one ever being tried.

I would think you would have more success in cultivating pennicillin from that type of environment. If you pressure sterilized the bread, perhaps you might ward off the green fuzzies, but you'll never know till you try it. Go for it.

I would use wheat, since it seems like it would contain the highest nutritional content.
