Both are fruits.
Both are spherical in shape
Both contain seeds
Both contain sugar
Both grow on a tree
Both a protected by a peel
Who said you can't compare apples and oranges?

What about road apples?
-------------------- To call humans 'rational beings' does injustice to the term, 'rational.' Humans are capable of rational thought, but it is not their essence. Humans are animals, beasts with complex brains. Humans, more often than not, utilize their cerebrum to rationalize what their primal instincts, their preconceived notions, and their emotional desires have presented as goals - humans are rationalizing beings.

In Norsk "orange" is "appelsin" and "apple" is "eple".
This thread is proof that everything is connected no matter how much we try to seperate things and label them and make them distinct. That means it is back to living in harmony for us, so move along people, move along. Peace.

I think road apples have more in common with cow pies and mountain oysters.
