People have had success by simply giving their cakes/casing air a few times a day. There's lots of ventilation systems out there but as long as you give them some air twice a day it should get rid of any built up CO2 and keep 'em fresh.------------------ "Your alter ego is alive, well, and sipping egg nog in New Orleans."

just poke some holes in it. I place a few up high and few down low. This way the heavier co2 falls out the lower holes which in turns draws o2 through the top.------------------ Pics of a 15 cup casing comming soon
