I am having a hard time finding concrete information on what the proposed replacement actually is, where would I find a description? I think Obamacare was horrible but don't know anything about the new plan, I do know that cleaning up the mess that was obamacare is going to be painful regardless of what the new model is, it destroyed confidence in the healthcare system and patient/doctor/provider relationships and demoralized doctors.

I don't have a source for this, but I did hear a snippet that the Trumpcare legislation is even more demoralizing to doctors, hospital administrators and staff, etc., than Obamacare ever was. Again, that's hearsay, but quite possibly true.

Is there a clearly written out description of the plan they are proposing anywhere? I have been under my parents insurance under obamacare, turning 26 this year and curious If I am going to get fined for not having insurance under the new plan. Seems important enough of a subject to get as clear of a picture of it as I can.
kinda irritated that I am 26 and have no idea how insurance works or how to get it because my government kept me on it's teat for so long.

You should be irritated that you now have to worry about it a lot more because of Trump.

All I know is the Government keeps getting bigger and bigger. They got healthcare under their control. This whole thing is a scam. The only reality I see is the government's slow takeover of everything.
Policies are being written by lawyers who profit off of chaos instead of engineer's attempting to create functional systems.

The simplest summary is that it shifts health care costs from the rich to the poor. A 64-year old earning $15,000 per year (for example) would see their premiums go up by about $5,800 per year, while the rich would see a corresponding drop.
