Yup, misting can enhance results if done correctly but can also hinder results if not

Yep, I have my pollyfill real loose in the holes. I'll mist in the morning where you can see the water droplets glisten and six hours later the droplets are gone. I'm wondering if I should pack the pollyfill a little tighter? I'm going to tighten up three holes and leave three loose and see what that does.

Doesn't look like much just yet but these are going to fill in really nicely

And these are back again... probably going to take another two weeks before harvest at the rate they're growing.

I bet I might grow. I had a pin I was trying to clone latch on to the agar surface and start pumping water into the pin. It ended up maturing and sporulating lol.

I ran some rust spore a while back... That's the only one I've fucked with that spit yellow pins instead of brown, then as they matured the gotta pretty pale... Kinda neat.

My lovely Cyans! First is just fully colonized grain, second is WFTek (wood + flour) - working really well, and third is a pleasant surprise - grain + wood jar that looked like it wasn't growing, but took off and looks perfect.
