Spray paint that can be removed from painted steel?

Long story short: I have this 50 year old scooter that I started restoring like 5 years ago and never made it to the end, Im now planning to get it running for its 50th birthday
Problem is it's blue, and I don't like blue, so Id like to paint it green, but the paint need to be removable because of possible burocratic issues in the future.
Ive heard that common spray paint goes away from cars/painted steel, anybody ever tried? I should be making a test I guess, does anybody have any experience?
kind of like

That green is ugly. I'd stick with blue.

spray film maybe?
like this one here...:
http://www.foliatec.com/shop/en/spray-film/
i guess there's other brands that might have other colors, but the finish is usually matte or at least less glossy than regular spray paint...

Cool idea, thank you lovegoat! I dont mind if its not so shiny, it's an old machine and i wasnt gonna keep it very clean anyway
I need to understand how much Im gonna pay with this method but it sounds cool af for now, especially because I payed 400 bucks for the painting it has right now so I dont wanna risk damages
@LunarEclipse: its not really blue, more like light blue, plus, I LOVE "acid" green 8)

Dunno, I guess I need to see it on the road

i only ever used the stuff once. a 13 oz can was enough to paint a large motorcycle gas tank (cbr, only did the visible areas) and still had some left in the can. so i'd say 3 to 4 cans should do the trick...
nice scooter btw, is yours a 125 or 150?

It's sky blue. Think of it as easier for cars to see. Green is a bad color. It is.

So i was at Autozone today, and they had a display for this special spray paint that u spray on your rims of your car and u can peal it off (to add a different coat of removable spray paint at another time).
I couldnt remember the name of the spray paint, but if have a AutoZone nearby, check it out.
