HUNTERS: THE MUSHROOM CALLS YOU * 12
    #24130601 - 03/02/17 09:58 AM (2 years, 2 months ago)

Hunters, please sever the stems off your caps, place the caps of your actives on pieces of aluminum foil and take spore prints.

After they have dropped a print, remove the caps and let the prints dry for 5 minutes - then put those pieces of foil into brand new ziplock bags, then into envelopes and send them to our cultivation forum members. It only costs you one stamp to do so.

Not just will you enable a grower but there is a more important reason.

Look at dogs. How different they all are. incredible.

The same is true with mushrooms. A cube is NOT a cube, and your mushrooms may have unique genetics that may make the next generation of cultivated mushroom a reality.

YOU MAY ORIGINATE THE NEXT BLOCKBUSTER (SUB)SPECIES.

This is not just benficial for the mushroom and the mushroom people, but you further scientific knowledge.

Your spores may have genes unknown to science. You are making field collections from the wild, on the frontier of scientific knowledge, just like botanists charting the species of the rainforest before its gone.

You may help out a beginning grower anywhere in the world or advance an advanced grower further.

Do it. Do if for all of us.

You can contact friends and offer in the marketplace or free spore threads.

Do it, friends. You are doing the WORLD a favor, and the Mushroom Movement, our Shroomery and very specfific growers.

DO YOUR PART IN THE PSYCHEDELIC REVOLUTION.

Please.

Let your heart speak.

Do the right thing.

For the Love of Mushrooms.

Be the source from where mushrooms begin, don't just be the place where mushrooms end.

Start your own Revolution with the spores of the mushrooms you ate.

If you let caps of the shrooms you hunt deposit spores on your shroomhunting footware, they will spread spores with every step in the very habitats you are hunting these shrooms at. Moreover you will be shedding clumps of spores, which will become dikaryotic on whatever spot they land on. While you are hunting shrooms, you would be spreading them, in areas they grow and you have access to. In seaching the mushroom today, you improve your chances of finding them tomorrow. Why just reap while you can sow at the same time, in the right habitat, at the right time of year.

Neat, and okay!  I'll take a bunch of ovoid prints this spring.  The fun thing about prints is you can just drop them in the mailbox away from any cameras!  Just slap on a fake return address or none at all for zero risk!

Thje great thing about giving things away is that theres no paper trail. Just an envelope containing a piece of paper in the mail.

Thats what vVv did. Remember vVv's Revolutions?
Be your own vVv. The Psychedelic revolution is what YOU make of it.
:v:

Or you can barter in the marketplace.

Think about this:

A sporeprint in the hands of a grower is infinitely more valuable than a sheet of acid, because:

Two spores + a handful of grain --> 2 million spores + a handful of shrooms

Want to "turn on the world" like Piccard or Mike Hollingshead, but withour risk or mad labs? This is how.

Of course if you grow your own, you can print and spread them too.

Let's turn on the world.

I'm not sure but I believe vVv named himself after V from Vendetta and paid hommage to the vVv free spore thread, not the other way around.

Even proper domestication of cubes is a time consuming task and one people rarely do with real care. Those poor bastards who do try to domesticate a line regardless of species are easily burnt out by the end and to that end, the more people on board the better.

If someone has a spare print they'd send me(which I doubt, you guys put hard work into your mushies and they deserve to be paid for.) I would very much appreciate it. I am waiting on cambodian cubensis spores, but the mail hasn't seen them in two days. I'm keeping hope up, I was just wondering about a back up plan. I can't view the marketplace yet due to new membership but hope someone would like to share with me!

True, but there's no need to domesticate all these woodlovers. Just throw some on agar/grain or lc/ right to wood chips.

Depending on how far north you are you could make some wood chip flower pots like psilo!

Great idea Asante!

I can't seem to find any wild mushrooms where I live. Cold temps and Ps. Semilanceata is the only one that can't be confused with deadly species growing in similar environments as the other actives we've got in the woods.

I plan on leaving beds of wood lovers here for my friends to enjoy and hopefully they can get a hold if planted in the right places.

The hardiness zone in the south of my country is perfect for the American wood lovers so my hopes are high.

Perhaps if somebody finds actives in Alaska they could thrive in the northern parts of my country.

Make another thread for ID requests.

I'm super on board with this thread, only made 2 Cyanescen prints last year and sent one with afriend to colombia, but the other on is sitting in a drawer if anyone wants it. Was thinging about trying my hand at indoor cultivation sometime this year if anyone wants to send some cube prints or syringes my way, that might be the motivation I need to make a SAB and start working with agar.

Great idea!

I've got a Golden teacher Cubensis spore print,
a Panaeolus cinctulus spore print,
and I will collect a ton of P. Ovoideocystidiata and P. Cyanescens spore prints this spring and fall season.
Maybe even P. Azurescens prints if I can get out to the coast this coming season.

I will do this with ovoids, pan cinctulus, and hopefully PS. Caerupiles.  All from eastern ky.  The ovoids here are potent as shit. Be cool to cross east coast and west coast ovoids.  Ovoids are probably the hardest woodlover to grow.  Maybe a little genetic engineering can fix that.

Are shrooms constantly cross breeding in wild? Is that why they are so many amanita var. for example?

Thank you for the reply, I had read that but was hoping someone here may have knowledge of the specific shrooms in the panhandle. Its pretty dry with very few rivers or lakes, but we do have a lot cow dung! LoL!

You will most likely get more of a response as well.

This noob's jaw hit the floor when I read your post-- the thought of a flower pot ovoid tek...could such awesomeness really be a thing?? In my head I'm picturing apartment dwellers with tabletop fountains surrounded by flower pots full of wood chips...

So I found my very first patch of ovoids yesterday- are ovoid sporeprints something I should send or do cultivators not really want wood-lovers?

I'm sure there are cultivators tht would like a woodlover but you might get a fair amount of suspicion randomly :pm: people. I would suggest getting a few more prints and then do a giveaway in the marketplace. Would possibly net you some trade ratings in the process as well.

We are currently in South East Texas and found these red Mushrooms growing in the backyard. They are bruising blue. The bottom of the caps are yellow. Are they psychedelic? I have pictures but I'm not sure how to add them to the thread.

No, just a bolete that turns bluish green,  not an active

You sure they were cubes and had you recently eaten? Its best to do it on an empty stomach. Also, how long has it been since you tripped last?

Hi folks looking for ID's and hunting tips...this thread was set up to encourage those that have a good print to share with one of the TC's from this site.  Once you get yourself a positive ID and a good print, feel free to come back and share with a cultivator.

Hey man can you see bruising on the first picture in the way top right corner of the paper? Can't see it super clear, might be worth looking into?

You should check back where you found those and get some better closeups of the stem near the cap, also get those (new) pics in a new post over at the hunting and id forum! Good luck!

Yes Asante is all Truthful with this and I truly believe in this. I have spread Several different psilocybin species in my area also. I also think this helps the ecosystem by eating away at the dead decaying wood in the woods because these 3 new species that I introduces in the Southwell in my neighborhood anyhow are WOODLOVERS. YEA WAYY COOLLL!!! Peace & Love

Get some individual close ups of the stems too and maybe post them in the hunting/I'd forum for some faster results!

I can't wait until the day I find an active here. I pick up so many mushrooms everyday, but usually nothing to get too excited about. I found I think a patch of
Some kind of bolete today I haven't had a chance to check my book out though.

Greetings! I'm your brother from Russia. I just started to practice mushroom hunting for psilocybin mushrooms. In Russia, from magical mushrooms basically we take only Psilocybe semilanceata. But I know that we have many other magical mushrooms. I became interested in what kinds of magic mushrooms live in our area - coordinates of collection 54.3 degrees north latitude and 37 to 39 degrees longitude.

Now I'm going to make marks of mushroom spores. If not ourselves, then who will be the most complete incidence of magic mushrooms?

If there is something interesting write I will send you for study.
Some photos of mushrooms. Some of them have not yet determined - looking for a match (do not judge strictly - I just started doing this)

Many thanks! I determined the stropharia. I also defined Conocybe cyanopus, and Panaeolus subalteatus. I can not yet determine the purple and others. I can not afford to devote a lot of time to the search for compliance. There was no experience  - the photos do not allow to make a full identification. Now i will make photo with differen angle.

Can I make prints not on foil? I do not want to jest with the law of our Babylon. Letters can be enlightened by X-rays - especially those that go to the USA. Can I use wax paper for prints or something like that?

Maitake: how can I mark the location of a tree in the woods using an Android device? [Re: NothingsChanged]

We are getting into the Maitake season in the Chicago area. Does anyone know how to mark the location of a tree in the woods using an Android device?

It would be great if I could map the location of trees where I find a bountiful pick.

Now is a good time, especially after rain or a couple days of high humidity in a row.

Im setting up a mushroom finding forum [Re: Asante]
    #24733573 - 10/24/17 11:12 AM (1 year, 6 months ago)

This is available over tor only.

this is what i have so far:

http://wwoeqsdbrtxbu6jd.onion

you can access it without tor but use at your own risk:

http://wwoeqsdbrtxbu6jd.onion.to

the idea is to document where you can find mushrooms (liberty caps or any other kind of hallucinogenic mushroom) to make them easier to find. i feel that the darkweb is an approriate place to do this as it would probably be taken down if hosted on the clearweb. any comments or suggestions would be gratefully received. also i will probably need mods, if the site grows.

I appreciate this thread. I'm currently looking for spores because I live in a state where I can't order them. It would be awesome for hunters to enable noobs like me to join this awesome hobby.

If anyone with a big heart reads this and would like to help a brother out, please dm me. I could really use a friend's to spare some spores

Hey guys, I'm new to this. Was curious if you can help me ID these mushrooms. Was thinking that it was a cube. Was in my back yard today.

Where would one send something of this nature? And a better question; how do I get personally involved with this science stuff you're talking about with a Bachelors degree in English and Communication, and a peaking interest and a feeling drawing me toward Mycology?

HUNTERS: THE MUSHROOM CALLS YOU

OP, I have a question for you.
I have come across amanita muscaria mushrooms several times this season, and I was not even looking for mushrooms.
I picked a few of them the first time I "found" them, and also once later when I found a huge specimen (about 1/2 pound fresh).
Are you saying that the mushroom found me, and not the other way around?
Could this be the sacred plant that I have been seeking my whole life, and that it is calling me and quite possibly allowed me to find it?
It was growing wildly just 100 feet from my home, in a patch of soil next to a coniferous tree, which was sandwiched between a parking lot and a residential street.
If you could please reply to my question that would be great, thanks.
If this divine plant is truly calling me, then could it be possible that the fly agaric is what I have been looking for for so long, and that I am being called to "diet" it?

Hey I’m new here today. I found out there is still mushrooms in season through December here. How can I get a positive identification other than comparing pictures on google. I’ve had zero luck finding anyone in 15 years who knows where to get any so I’m gonna go hunt for myself. Any help would be appreciated. I’m in eastern NC. My sudden idea to go is bc I seriously believe I had some in my front yard wild blowing leaves. By the time I searched on google and went out the following morning they had withered into nothing. Only had the one I picked and sat on my front porch and it had turned deep blue where I had squeezed it and the pictures were very close to what I had. So I’m hoping for some luck in the woods around rotting wood. If I find any promising finds I’ll bag them and take pictures and make 100% I won’t die bc there are some extremely deadly species here.

I need help identifying a mushrooms found. They look like they are really close to an image I saw on google. I’m getting spore print now but I got several pictures too. But it won’t let me post pics here but can upload pictures when I click on blue link that says click here to upload pictures but they’ve don’t attach to this post. When i attempt to chose file here it only lets me pic a video.

The ONLY pic in your gallery is of nothing good, most likely toxic to deadly.

THIS IS THE BOMB! :strangelove:

Or if you have a dog you can use their collar, or even better, a bandana, then just wrap it around their neck and bingo is their name-O! Perfect spore spreader, and my pooch covers way more ground than I do. Plus walking a dog is a great excuse for getting out, and a great cover if anyone asks what you’re doing out in the dunes.

My new pup sniffed these out on our walk in front of our neighbour's yard.  P. aucklandii vs P. subaeruginosa?

Habitat: From dirt and detritus under old stump and coming up in lawn fringe

Gills:  light yellow color turning dark brown to purple/black. The gills are free.

Stem: Whitish, bruising green to blue to black, some fringing that catches black spores.  No Ring. Thick white/tenacious mycelium attached at base, no cup.

Cap: Brown to gray, smooth, striated edge, hygrophanous, turning straw color/shiney. 2-4 cm across. Separable pelicle, sticks to paper and readily pulls off when wet.  Drys to cap

Spore print color: appear black but sparse production on my attempts.

Bruising: Blue to black.

Location: North East Coast NZ.

How does one  differentiate P. subaeruginosa from auklandii on macroscopic features alone? Is it solely substrate and location?  Do you need microscopy? Is there interest in this species distribution beyond Auckland?

Psilocybe subaeruginosa^. I've never found P. aucklandiae but I know a sub when I see one. I think they are very different looking mushrooms. You certainly don't need microscopy. I think they are a rather localised species to Auckland but I don't see why only the Auckland region could produce the right conditions to fruit them.

If I find a particular type of mushroom growing when out walking, does it mean that the mushroom is calling me?
Thank you.

Yes. New study has proven that mushrooms communicate telephatically. In fact, the whole mycelium is actually a very complex neural network. If you can't hear it and communicatewith them, it means that your third eye is calcified from eating too much GMOs. But everyone can pick up their signals subconsciously. And often when one calls you, you feel compelled to respond and pick it up. That is how they spread their spores. It's scientifically proven.

Wow Tangich, this is really amazing, thank you for posting this.
I always thought that the mushroom stem resembled the body, the mushroom cap resembled the brain, and the complex mycelial network represented the the nervous system.
It's also been my experience that from consuming certain types of mushrooms I have felt genuine telepathy.
Just last week I found another Fly agaric mushroom growing in my neighborhood when I went out for a walk, and I felt like I was psychically lead to the exact place that it was growing.
I felt compelled to pick it up and had a great urge to take it home with me, but I did not.
It is no longer there, but I am sure that there will be many more growing in the area later this season.
Maybe next time I should pick a few specimens?
Thanks again.

I appologize if I mislead you, I was mostly just having fun, I made that stuff up, there is no such scietific study, to scientists that would be "crazy".
I was not trying to be rude or make fun of you, just having a bit of fun because I always felt like that, as if the mushroom called me.
And perhaps they do. But I'm a firm beliver in law of attraction, and do believe that if we think strongly about something, we will be attracted to it. Just like you were attracted to that muscaria because you had strong feelings about them. You should definitely pick them up when you find them again, they are awesome, nothing like psilocybin, bit wonderfull in their own way.
Personally, I once came to a spot with very thick cover of fallen leaves, and something in me said to dig around in there a bit. And sure enough, I found hundreds of chantarelles under the leaves! There was absolitely no sign of them from the outside of the cover, I could not have noticed them before I starzed digging, and I never before found chantarelles there. So either they called me or I called tzem.

Hi,

Just 2 days ago, I found this mushroom in my box with vegetables where I usually add a lot of horse manure. We had pretty warm May and the past week or two was around 10-15°C. So when I saw this one, I thought it is psilocybe semilanceata.

I know that the season hasn't probably started yet (Norway), but on the other hand, the temperatures were quite similar to what you can see later on in the year.

Also, if it is psilocybe semilanceata, is it possible that I already have mycelium in my vegetable box? Because I would love to use the spore print and cultivate it. However, I

The spores were black, even after 1 hour, so that was my other hint. Also, the shape and color of the fungus was the same as I saw before. (not that experienced with hunting so far)

Thanks for any info!

Definitely going to add some more Ziploc and some pieces of foil to my mushroom hunting bag.  I started my first grow operation and have decided to try a little mushroom hunting to entertain myself while I wait.

Need to take a spore print to see what color they are. Also need to post an ID Request in the hunting identification forum. You will get quick response.

I wish someone (including especially the creator of this thread) would respond to my repeated inquiries.
It's a fairly simple and straightforward question.
DOES FINDING A CERTAIN MUSHROOM GROWING WILDLY IN NATURE MEAN THAT THIS SPECIFIC MUSHROOM IS ATTEMPTING TO REACH OUT TO THE PERSON?
I have found Fly Agaric mushrooms repeatedly in the past 15 months growing in the most bizarre of places, without even trying to look for them.
I would like to know if this is the mushroom's way of trying to make contact with me, and telling me that I should ingest it some form and learn from it's teachings.
Thank you.

Nobody can answer that question. The answer would be based on the belief, not science. Nobody has yet managed to detect or measure psychic emanations from a mushroom, or anything.
Personally, I do believe there are many forms of energy not yet known to us, many universal laws of attraction not yet understood or measured. It is entirely possible that a mushroom is calling out to you, or that you are subconsciously calling out to the mushroom. You can believe it is calling out to you, or you can believe it's just a coincidence you found it. Whatever feels better to you.
For now, the definite answer remains a mystery.

Awesome post...

@happynessfeeling- you already here , you got your calling , now to get the right mushroom

- Fly Agaric won’t be teaching out to you , it seem to serves symbiotic relationship with certain trees so forbidden that they may be needed for that tree instead ? And , they are deliriants to us , not psychedelic ..

Hm , the only things that appear to “reach out” are those mushrooms that spawn from grazing animals that tend to be close to people - ie cattle , sheep , horses etc ...

So don’t fall for misleaders such as assumptions Allegro and Wasson proposed
Besides it seem a bunch of Russians cracked the code to soma , is indeed a better assumption  Cubensis

Amanita muscaria has thought me and has shown me far more visions than psilocybin. And I've also felt them more keenly growing in the forest, their energy and their call, than home-grown cubensis.
Don't dismiss Amanita muscaria just because you are afraid of it or have heard bad things about it, it has it's place, it definitely has her magic. But "deliriants" can be ruthless, they won't show their deep magic to just anyone, just like datura. You have to be ready. Approach her with respect, and she will show you her wisdom.

When I was a child people used to say I would not do that if I was you or if I was you this and that etc.  You get what I'm saying but you can never be me so no matter what we are all going to make the decisions we make and change our future by anything we do in life so for all we know it could be planned it's like fate everything happens because it's suppossd to but psilocybe is something that slows down insect to stop them eating the shrooms so fast that means that psilocybin is not intended for people in  recreational situation so maybe its like an adam and eve like thing don't eat the apple but still if they ain't ate the apple we would not be here as we are or maybe it does not matter what we do and we will end up in the same place no matter what

@Tangich - i dismiss it because it doesn’t offer me magic like Psilocybe Cubensis  IME

You feel them more keenly growing in the forest because thats their habitat
They in symbiont with pine and birch are they not ? that’s cool if they work for you , I must not be special enough for ‘her’ to show me then ....

@WannabeMk As for Psilocybe
I’m not sure that Psilocybin is only contained to stop the insects eating them so fast, that’s defiantly your assumption on that one although an opinion I respect

I disagree because it could be the total opposite , certain mushrooms don’t mind being eaten they rise again and again and again ..I would of thought those poisonous would be the type , those that are helping a tree for example (like fly agaric) , although I definitely see your point

About the Adam and Eve symbology , if I was some God I wouldn’t want the race to be stupid , I would want hem to eat it and have be shown the ins and outs of the metaphysical cosmos , maybe the evil people never ate from it at the beginning .. in short the God of the Old Testament sounds like a jelouse envious git .... it could well be that it’s very nature (like nature in general) would rather or like symbiotic partners and that our partner was the Cubensis (along side the holy cow of the ancient ages)

Also importaint to note that most of the bible is a plagiarism from Gnosticism, there version states the fruit was needed and that there was something that deceived the human race into the Material grind working for ‘man and not of ‘God’ , nature , source , magnetic giro guru , etc what ever you wana call it

Besides the eating of the fruit could also of meant sex , after all its are multiplication through pointless desiring that has causes all the worlds problems  , some of the things  I could imagine our ancients doing using mushrooms is building temples aligned with precision and using them to travel via star to star , jumping on the hypersacpe train to immortality etc , And not watching The only way is Essex wondering who they going to fuck next

Yeah I know what you said , and I said I respect it :tongue2: (the message you deleted)

Having said that , Psychedelics in general shouldn’t be used for recreation anyways

You can get delirious when your ill , I have more reason to trust a psychedelic over a deliriant to be honest , the differences between the two are quite large
So far psilocybin has got coming back for more , a deliriant however has kept me far away , so forbidden in that sense sure , personally that is

Thing about psilocybin is that it can show you are more than just flesh and bone , I feel it treads to the realms of quantum mechanics. it gets quite metaphysical, I mean the electromagnetic spectrum and how much can be viewed of it springs to mind , much the same way as lsd , peyote and obviously more so with what dmt provides .

this is the difference in my humble opinion based on experience between seeing what's already there ‘but more of through amplification , to seeing things that are just your imagination (what a deliriant can tend to trigger in my experience.

So where callings are concerned tho I feel that most  people will have a calling to psilocybin than fly agaric compounds.

1. Awful lot of prep for next to nothing effects and when and if it does there’s a risk of vomiting in the sleep it’s meant to put you in and
2. anyone defending it possibly owns an online shop with kilos of the stuff in storage needing to be shifted lolz so

3. Pick a Cubensis and eat it - hello Houston, hello magnetic fields , hello hyper dimensional  ‘gods’ n shit (don’t imagine a da Vinci painting lol , if your expecting that then your gunna be disappointed lol )

I truly think that Fly Agaric mushrooms are the true soma described in ancient Asian literature and scriptures and folklore (India, Siberia, etc.)
The Indian Veda scriptures especially describe soma in deep detail, and if one can put two and two together, the drink made with fly agarics and grape juice fit the description of soma perfectly.
There's also descriptions of the mushroom itself, before it is made into a holy elixir.
I read a detailed explanation of this elsewhere on the internet, and it is painfully obvious that the original soma drink is made with Fly agaric mushrooms as the primary ingredient.
People want to dismiss and discount fly agarics as the true soma because of the profound psychedelic phenomenon that psilocybin mushrooms bestow, that they totally overlook something that is hiding in plain sight, amanita muscaria, which does not reveal its secrets to easily.
Also it being legal and abundant, people don't even bother to consider it as the true soma and perhaps ultimate entheogen.
It's cheap to purchase, it's legal, it grows almost everywhere and is naturally abundant, so many will simply overlook this divine mushroom completely.

So according to the title of your post, Asante, if I "find" a certain type of mushroom while I am out walking then it means that the mushroom has "called" me?
Because I find all sorts of mushrooms quite frequently when outside, whether they're in my backyard or front yard, or if I find some while taking a walk.

I just tossed away a couple pounds of active gyms, they turned to mush cause I didn't use them fast enough and I don't want to dry them out due to their unique alkaloid content.. I enjoyed a bunch though, for about 7 days. Man, I wish I'd taken spore prints. I know where there's thousands growing right now, and I am going to get prints, but I wish I'd done it sooner. I'll try to print every single one I can. I think gyms should be everywhere, even though they kind of already are. But I think more people should grow them. I keep finding them high up in trees on healthy branches, eating the decaying bark, moss and primary/parasitic decomposers that have already died off. I would like to know which species they are, and rather than put them under the microscope myself and guess, I can send them out, labelled and you guys can have them analyzed eventually. Then I'll know

Alright, my flowhood is fucked up. So these prints are less than ideal, but I've got prints from active gyms from rotten cedar elm logs, china berry logs, and some that may be active which were growing on living healthy palm trees, and some on healthy live oak trees over 15 feet high on the tree. So who knows.

5 prints from the live oaks, 3 from the palms, maybe around 10 from the rotten wood, and those are probably Gymnopilus Luteus.

I'll mail a print to someone if they want one. I just want to find out what they are. It would be cool if it's someone that can do petri dish work. That would ensure they're more likely to be successful. I'll be getting more prints. It finally took a break from raining so the caps are in printable condition and not water-logged.

The rain is certainly falling in Washington lately.

Well it isn't in Oregon anymore! At least not in the Willamette Valley. I hear Portland has been getting some.

I've taken to watering my woodlover patches since summer seems to have returned for an encore.

Hi you guys
I'm totally new here so I hope I can learn and broaden my horizon from you beautiful People.

I know it's early in the season to start hunting but I was really keen and wanted to find some libs. I looked at all the fields next to my house (in the south of the UK) and low and behold, perched before me on spindly stem was this mushroom. Immediately assumed this was a liberty cap from the brief research I had done on them. The cap is about 1/3 of and inch across approximately.

That, or Amanita muscaria is brightly colored and human eyes are good at noticing color contrasts.

I keep finding fly agaric mushrooms in my neighborhood, does that mean that this particular mushroom is calling me?

Thank you sir! I've dried them at 45C and now I'm thinking about embedding them into honey.

Ok, so since I come across different types of mushrooms almost every time I go for a walk outside, whether in my own backyard or elsewhere, it must mean that these mushrooms are calling me, correct?
So should I just start picking and ingesting random mushrooms that I find along the way?

No, you should not ingest random mushrooms because a stranger on the Internet used a figure of speech in a thread title.

I'm no professional but those look like DEATH CAPS. Highly poisonous DO NOT consume those they could seriously harm/kill you!

Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

You are wrong.
They look nothing like death caps (Amanita phalloides). They are Inocybe species, still likely toxic.

I grabbed these last night. I ate the lot. They weren't v potent at all. Its been almost a year since I've had any, so, i shouldn't have a tolerance. I got the coming on buzz, but that was it. Im going back tonight and getting as many as I can find. They were amazing in the same location late last year, early this year. I wouldn't have thought there would be potency issues when the season starts, though this is the only thing I can think of s to why they weren't v effective. Any thoughts?
