my friends 1/2 pints might be too dry

ok, they seem too dry, they are coheesive, and not clumpy but it seems dry to me, what is thought of using a sterile syringe to add water to the jars?

I dont know if this helps you or not, but just to let you know, my buddy is a total newbie too, and he thought his jars were too dry but decided to wait before doing anything drastic... the next morning, boom, mycellium explosion.

But anyway, if they just look dry, I think they just kinda look that way and to the untrained eye its hard to tell, so my advice just wait it out. My buddy swore his jars were too dry, and now they are doing just fine. If you want to see them, I have a grow log goin for him in the grow log forum... http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat...;o=&fpart=1

2 of the jars are using an experimental mix that has fine verm in it, the rest are a medium grade (It was coarse, but thought to be too coarse so put in the blender for a few)
