Weird Stems

Could you tell me what shrooms look like when there is too much humidity and too little. I have some guys fruiting and the stems look weird. They are growing slowly and they have flaky rings going up the stalks plus they're turning yellowish, though they are only one inch tall.

Are they white and 'flaky'? If so, this is mycelium climbing the stalks, and yes it is a sign of high humidity..

Are there red lines or rings? Try to give as much detail as you can...Do they appear dry? Flaking would make it seem like the humidity is too low...

well the little ones are looking very yellow almost brown, and they are growing very slowly. The rings look like they're made out of the dried flesh of the stem. I think the humidity might be too low but I'm cranking up my humidifier with no obvious effects. What you guys think?

I believe I am having a similar issue. I cannot offer a solution or cause but I do have a picture. Does it look anything like this little guy???

In my amateur opinion I believe I'm missing most of the other symptoms of vert though. Others were suffering bacterial issues due to humidity being far to high and probably over misting. I would like to know what causes this for sure but until then Dropping the humidity will be a good place to start.
