instead of hand spraying you could use perlite. Please read the Perlite FAQ in the grow/find section. when you are injecting the cakes with the spore solution you will have to make sure the jars are cool (leave them overnight) so the heat doesn't kill the spores.

ok, someone forgot to read the tek.

I assume you are using the MMGG or something similar. Your jars need to colonize completely with mycelium before you pop out the cakes and put them in a terrarium. This will probably take a few weeks. Until then, no misting or aquarium is necessary.

You really need to read the tek that you are using more thoroughly. You won't end up with a single mushroom unless you pay more attention.
