My thoughts exactly. More side pins than I'd like (this clone seems to do that more than any other genetics I've used), but with a pinset like that, I really have nothing to complain about unless they all decide to abort at the last minute.

What's that, PE Uncut? Tried a couple boxes of those but for some reason they had sparse pins that stalled after an inch or so and then both got trich. Guessing that I was over watering after hearing that PE varieties need a lot of water, but anyway, your pins look nicer than mine got. So nice job regardless.

Has almost been two months since this guy was put into this box. Was so close to chucking it in the garden. Kinda glad I didn't now =D. Definitely not my best pin set but I've never had them grow this thick before.
Old mate collapsed when the sub shrank and I didn't want him to be eaten by the sub; so hence the clothes peg.

Yeah that is PEU I have some Other tubs doing better but hopefully through cloning Iβll nail it. The ones with casing are definitely providing better flushes than the one with out. But all of them are growing on their own pace so it makes harvesting a little harder. Have to just pull the clusters but some are really attached to the sub so itβs making some deep holes in the sub.
Clones these two clusters today

If you want a tub full of clams if you have extra time and room give it a chance and see what comes out of it!

Of the three boxes that I made, one is moving really, really slowly, and two had sparse 1st flushes with a bunch of smaller fruit and some really big fruit (see below). 6 8oz jars of PESA brf spawn 1/2 brick coir + verm + gyp Spread across 3 shoeboxes They spent the first 8 days untouched under the bed. Then they came out into semi-direct natural light. I was starting to see a lot of side pins, so I did some light misting to encourage good surface conditions. Dubtubbed once fruit got close to the lids. The two tubs pictured here produced 154g wet weight (not including the bases, which I clipped off prior to drying). All stems hollow. Nice blue bruising. A few fruit were 5" tall. Subs soaked for 6 hours, drained, and put back under the dubtubs. I'm not completely bummed, but not thrilled, either.

Yeah, it would be more of a novelty grow for sure. Would I clone a gill?

Those are beautiful boxes Durgin
Here is a lopsided second flush from one of my boxes. Few nice clusters. They seemed to thicken up now that ive been giving it adequate fluorescent lighting lol

Thanks! Funny enough, my hopes for the one on the left were pretty modest. I was worried that one of the jars was bacterial, and it was a rush job in terms of mixing / top layering / leveling. But guess it worked out...

I have 19 SB spawned Thursday 1:1.5 CV. I hydrated in a tub, left it a while till it was funky, PCd it all in bags.

I suspect you were oversaturated initially, and likely bacterial... definitely need more light

My first attempt. Ended up with a half O of dried B+. I have another shoebox colinating and a mono that's pinning nicely.
I'm getting a lot of side and bottom pins. I harvested what I could on my first flush, but it looks like I have to pay more attention to surface moisture and fae.
Thanks for all the info here, I've learned a lot. Only had 3 jars contaminate on me out of 14 and tossed 1 shoebox.
I've always wanted to try shrooms, but could never find any locally. I've been dropping acid a few times a year as a therapeutic release and has greatly improved my day to day life. I've been yearning for a more natural approach and cannot wait.
