Puting another shoebox top of i mean dubtubing i guess but i think that it will affect microclimate if there's no casing on fruiting shoebox? Like climate would be better if its dubtubed in mono?

That which you call 'climate' is simply a way of controlling how fast the cakes or the substrate will evaporate off water. This is what the grower can control. You can deal with RH in your grow area and you can deal with the adjustable FAE. Cakes and substrates need to breathe effectively to thrive optimally.
For exsmple id rather try to fine tune a shoebox grow or a HC cake grow so that I'm interacting as little as possible with the fruiting chambers and spray bottle. That's the best tip I can give you. Now how you achieve this is up to you. There is no special molecule that needs to be at a certain % this or that many times a day. It's pretty straight forward. Water evaporates off cake/substrate and you replace the lost moisture with spray bottle. More FAE? More misting. Less FAE? Less misting. But don't take my words for it. Observe your substrates and get to know them intimately (not that intimately tho)

I've been going on the light side of field capacity, and when I mix the spawn into the bulk I press down on the edges with the side of my hand. Then gently flatten out the whole sub again from the middle. I've cased at spawn 1/2" CVG. Once it's ready to pin I misted gently about 1 time a day until it looked good.
0 side pins on the first flush of several tubs like this now.
My guess is the lower water content and gently packing the edges keeps down the shrinkage, VERY light misting to start with promotes pinning. I had pretty good results with more water in my spawn too though... so maybe its more of the gentle packing and re-leveling.
No more rambling.
I pack the edges at field capacity and experience no side pins and minimal shrinkage... I tamp the whole thing slightly and harder around the sides and corners

Ugh. So my first time doing shoeboxes isn't going so great. Everything colonized fine, but even with the lid snapped on, the surface is drying way too fast. Misting twice a day WITH THE LID ON.
Does everyone have this issue with shoeboxes? I miss my monotubs

Maybe the RH of your house is really low. Make sure you don't have them right in front of an ac vent or fan though. Still, misting twice a day isn't too bad.

Misting a box at all before pinset screams at me "conditions "... how was field capacity at spawn?

If the sub moisture was correct from the get go, in a shoebox especially, the sub shouldn't dry out if the lid is on...even if you live in the dessert.

I have this problem too. Dry as fuck when high temps dont get above 30 and furnace runs constantly. I'm hoping a larger tub will combat this situation more so than a shoebox.

My shoeboxes are in the "furnace/AC room" maybe 5ft away from the unit.I rarely mist my shoeboxes before first flush pins.

Mine are in a custom grow tent/room with a heat commonly ranging between 70-90F. If my spawn is clean and coir hydrated properly then it doesn't matter the temp or humidity as long as its between 60 and 90.

I was having trouble getting my shoeboxes to pin so I took lids off 3 shoeboxes and put them in a larger unmodified mono tub with water in bottom. Got really good pin sets shortly after and surface conditions seem much better. RH is low 20s in my house with wood burning furnace. Misting lightly 1-2 times a day. Whether it was coincidental that they started pinning good when I did this idk. I think the move helped with fae as well.

Basically before I did this I was getting just a few pins here and there and harvesting 3 - 8 shrooms per flush. I did this and the shoeboxes exploded with pins

So kinda like an unmodified sgfc mono-ish thing....I follow you....I've seen it done successfully in the past.

If you open fruit the shoeboxes inside the big tub with the perlite I would flip the lid on the big tote to be sure they get good FAE.
