I really should have, but I honestly wasn't sure if it was worth cloning or if I should wait until a second flush, like people do with prints, since the fruits tend to be larger. After that pic was taken those three with the open caps went into the dehydrator. I guess I'll have to hope for another good candidate.
Edit: That big boy was like 20g wet though. I'm kicking myself now that I think about it.

I always cloned the big ones no matter what flush till I had a stable gen set. You never know what the next flush will bring...maybe nothing

If it's shitty genetics...I'd say if anything it may improve turn around time by finding and isolating fast performers.

Fuzzy feet are caused by moisture, not lack of fae. If they're getting enough air, let em be as wet as they want. They like water.

Gotta say I'm completely blown away at the ease of this method. From inoculation, then waiting, then shaking, then mix with coir, then wait, then harvest. I barely did a thing except wait anxiously for my mushies! I even have some agar dishes growing in preparation for the next batch.

Humidity might be too high/lack of air circulation.(too wet)
The dark caps and 'spiky fuzz' is what makes me think that.

Would you say the best solution would be to increase FAE?
