Yeah Rasputin I don’t think breathing any mold spores is healthy.

Mold spores are everywhere and we are breathing them constantly. Mold spores have been everywhere throughout history. But for some reason, they never caused all these big health concerns until recent times...

I'm not doubting I'm breathing trillions of spores in tight now, all I can tell you is if one of my tubs or jars goes green, I have to be very careful making sure nothing goes truly air born or I'm gone for a day. I'm panting and can't breath while lying in bed

Unless someone is allergic to trichoderma it is harmless to humans. Mushroom spores can actually cause health issues if you are constantly being exposed to them. So much so that a person can develop allergies to mushrooms.

My wife and I play a game called "would you rather". Usually really vile shit like would you rather be a bitch in prison for a day or give up sex for life.
Would I rather give up sex for life or develop allergies to mushrooms? Tough one...

It's possible...especially if you've had a lot of exposure in the past.

I've got 3 quarts of spawn from 3 different varieties right now. I'd like to keep them separate since I'm looking for clones and I want to be able to know what variety my clone cultures are. I'm gonna bucket tek a brick of coir and a quart of verm to go with them. So 9 quarts of spawn, 9 quarts of sub, divided into 3 shoeboxes. 6 quarts total in each. What boxes should I go with for that? 6qt, 12qt, or 20qt? I'm guessing 12 would be my best bet for the right sub depth.

Legend found buried treasure. Arrr matey!
6qt SBs are my go to. I get 5 out of a brick of coir and a splash of Verm. Bucket tek.
I use 1 qt spawn to a few handfuls of CV. Probs 2:1 on the ratio? I also pseudo case at spawn.
Go buy a dozen shoeboxes and plan on prepping another brick of coir. You might need to dub tub some.
This is just a suggestion. Do what you will.

Mine were already pinning so if yours were to I’m sure you’ll get some!
I Just shoveled a little hole the size of the shoebox then put some store bought cow manure on the bottom of the hole and filled in the sides with it. But left it level with the surface and didn’t cover the surface. Hopefully you get plenty of fruits!

Second flush on this shoebox started picking a few then Remembered to take a picture. Fruits were a lot bigger this time but there was not as many. I’m happy it finished though. I wonder why one tub got trich but the other two are fine? They all came from the same spawn. I’m not going to push my luck. Going to toss this tub outside two flushes is good with me.
