Hello Shoeboxians!
I harvested my first shoebox last Sunday and it's recovered and producing some nice fruits on the second flush!

On one side however, there's some fuzzy feet looking growth that I'm hoping is just mycelium growing over the cut down fruits? I haven't opened it at this point for a better picture as it's fruiting decently and if it's anything bad, I don't want it to spread

The five in front have been around for over a month and are just about spent. Got some more jars colonizing so I’ll be keeping a rotation going.

Thanks bud, I have a bunch of crystals and stones! I’m debating on what ones to add to my shoebox collection now

Just spawned three Mazatapec shoeboxes today! Tossed out my three spent Treasure Coast boxes a few days ago, and still have two Pink Buffalo boxes on their second flush.
Nice man I'm sure the shrooms love the good vibrations. And that's awesome I wish you luck. I have had great success with all three, currently I am working with AA+ and Koh sumai super strain. the KSS is an awesome strain. Super fast colonizers and really high yield. I highly recommend them if you haven't tried them already.

I'm working on some KSSS right now. Have some pins going. Tried to fruit after only letting it colonize at 80% after spawn. It didn't like that. Had to snap lid on and now I'm getting some pins faster in where they first started I'm looking forward to my 2nd flush lets just say that lol 1st is a little fucked up haha. I can't wait to see these grow and try them out. Currently have some Stargazers along with it pinning really nice!

I dub em when they start pushing against the lid. They're saying, let me out of this mofo! That's what it means when you here someone say to listen to the shrooms. They will speak to you.

They definetly do I hope lol. I loved AA+ when I did them on cakes, super plump I noticed. I really wanna try kss at some point.. I hear they kick ass, and I’ve seen some nice pictures. I’ll keep a lookout for your grows if you post pics

This is my first time working with the AA+. It was spawned on 3/29 and is looking really good. Used rye berries as the sub and then spawned it with hpoo and then cased with peat/verm mix. I will most definitely be posting pics here coming up. And totally worth it KSSS is a really high yielding and vigorous cube.

Maybe I need some of that hocus pocus! At least I get a flush and a clone before this dude goes in the pile.

If you're going to fruit a tub like that, you can at least cut out the trich or cover it with a salted paper towel or something.

The trich showed up way after the fruits did. I just picked what was there and threw the sub out. I did take a clone from that snowman in the back left of the box. That was the last thing I did in the sab sesh so we will see what happens.
Not the best outcome, but hey, these are my very first APE and I've got more coming up behind these.

IIRC, it's not the best idea to clone fruits from bacterial tubs as it's possible it'll hitch a ride in the myc where you can't spot it. It's been a bit since I researched it so I may be hazy, but something to keep in mind.
