Questions I have for drying some mushrooms

So I just got some mushrooms earlier tonight but they were still wet when the dude gave them to me as he had kept them in the freezer. I'm trying to dry them out so I can have them later but I wanna be sure I'm doing this right. I have no dehumidifier so I'm just straight up having a fan blow on it. They appear to be blacker than before on the stems and caps but they are drier than before and I still think I messed up the process. Edit: They are psilocybe cubensis.

Are you sure the mushrooms were frozen?

Wonder if the alkaloids have oxidized?

How dark are the mushies? To my understanding and I may be totally wrong but the bluing is the psilocybin oxidizing. If he froze them, it would seem to me that the water in the cells would expand and burst allowing oxygen in, thus causing a lot of bruising, oxidizing, and loss of potency. Interesting question though, if they were frozen and thawed it seems the fruit would liquefy, atleast into a goop.

Pics man. This is about as pointless as trying to identify a mushroom off subjective opinions and senses. Kind of shitty for someone to sell you wet mushrooms out the freezer.
