Tell me what I'm doing wrong/right with my set-up (New Grower)

Hey everyone!
Long time lurker and recent member, I'm very much into the idea of cultivating gourmet edibles on a small scale for my friends and myself. Mainly Oysters, King Oysters, Shemjis and maybe cinnamon caps or lions mane. I've done a few of the "grow your own" boxes with oysters and gotten a few flushes each time. Ended up really enjoyed the idea of it being a hobby.
So I took the plunge and did research to see what I need and am all set up (I hope ). I just want to make sure that what I'm doing is correct and will actually produce something. Here's some pictures of my growing set-up:

For Jars I'm using: -Rye berries (soak 14-24 hrs then PC at 15psi for 90min) -500ml & 1000ml mason jars -Tyvek filter patch with silicone injection port -Still Air Box (pictured Above)
For Bags/Chamber Conditions: -Wheat straw mostly (currently 75% straw 25% coffee) -Humidity is comfortably sitting between 80-98%, on a 12hr cycle -Spawned current substrate 13 days ago -Temperature is in the 57-70 range. Heater fan kicks in when it gets below a certain temp.
Any feedback is appreciated, I want to learn as much as I can! Feeling pretty confident right now!
Thanks guys!

Wrong forum. This is for hallucinogenic mushrooms. Gourmet and edibles is for gourmet and edibles. Ill see if someone can move it for you

This thread was moved from Mushroom Cultivation.
Reason: Much better suited for Gourmet and Medicinal forum. Thanks Bodhi

If you haven't seen my agar thread and sab thread they can be found through the link in my signature. Just some supplemental info.

Nice setup, quite pro for a hobbyist. Some questions on the matter to improve the help you get.
1 - What is the substrate, and the ratio if it's a mixed substrate. 2 - What is your current humidity level and FAE setup. 3 - How long ago did you spawn to the substrate. 4 - What is the current room temperature.

Looking like a strong start! I see your ultrasonic humidifiers which is good but some on your list will want a fresh air exchange (FAE) of 4-5 times per hour for best mushroom development. You will want some sort of vent fan to remove the old CO2 heavy air with fresh humid air. It will help to put the ultrasonic humidifiers outside the chamber and pipe the fresh humidified air into the chamber.

Is this just a "two birds one stone" thing, since you have to have air intake anyway, or is there a reason to keep the humidifiers outside the tent?
You would end with more free space in the tent, which is always great!

I agree with above posts. The only think I would really focus on is your air exchange and RH scenario. Those humidifies work well but are a pita to repair. I suggest swapping it out for a DIY swamp cool/ultra sonic combo so it's easy to repair. Also, is your lighting waterproof? If not place the ballast above your fruiting chamber it should get enough lighting through the plastic. great work so far!

Inside of course you are just recirculating which would be good if you have trouble keeping the humidity high. I think it would depend on each setup whether it would be best to put them inside or outside the grow tent. If your tent is fairly small you could probably get sufficient air exchange from just an external ultrasonic humidifier. Larger setups with many more bags/blocks of fruiting mushrooms probably not and a separate exhaust fan would be needed. But then you are challenged with pre-humidifying the air entering the grow tent or adding fogging/humidifying within the grow tent. It's all about balance and there are many ways to accomplish the same end result.
