last four definitely show some good growth you can transfer.
3 is maybe but all your pics are super blurry for me so I can't say forsure with any of the others.

Why did it work for me then? Yes it might be slow but definitely possible.

I would maybe open them up a hair. Those water droplets are pretty big and will start pooling. Is that the light, or is there yellow color in there (metabolites)?

How would you get colonized grain out of the jar? Besides using a spoon which is still breaking it up

You can get it out of the jar with any method you wish. But your original statement was that G2G without shaking was impossible. I was responding to that. Because clearly it isn't true.

I never said impossible but shaking is the safest way using utensils is just another chance of bringing in other contams but i guess if your jar is fucked already it dont matter right?

Just curious if you know what G2G means and why spreading as many inoculation points as possible throughout the receiving sub/spawn is beneficial? Your argument is stupid, regardless.

Mycolorado, it's to make the colonization faster. Care to elaborate why my argument is stupid?
Some pics:
I already have a winner between these two.

All noob47 was saying is that you have to break up the grain to transfer it out of the jar. Seems like you're arguing his use of the word "shake", which is stupid. Clear enough?

Ok, clear. Just a common misunderstanding - I misunderstood him as much as he did me, lol. His argument sounded stupid to me, too. Okay no more of this.
