Newbie 1st trays in trouble?

1st post ever.
Succeeded at PF Tek and decided to do trays. I spawned by Rye Grain jars to bulk substrate, incubated for a week, then moved them to the SGFC and I'm not sure they look right. One is nice and white, the others are grey and have cobweb-looking stuff over them. Everything smells OK.

This one looks better (whiter). I think specks on top are substrate material due to mycelium growing into aluminum foil:

1:2 Spawn to Substrate
Substrate is 8 parts horse manure (got from hose stall, kind of green but dry) 7 part Vermiculite (course) 5 parts Coir 1 part gypsum
Is anything wrong and, if so, what should I do?
Thanks.

They look ok to me. Don't know about that middle grey one at the top, but the others look like my past grows that were ok. Someone else needs to chime in about that grey one.

Good to hear. I have never seen a colonized tray before and I thought the 'fuzz' looked kind of like the stuff that grows in the jars while they are colonizing, but wasn't sure.
Maybe with experience I can go by how they look instead of just using "one week" as the time to move from colonization to spawn.
Thanks so much for the response. I'm more than a month into this and was sweating it.

Yeah, its kinda funny how in a jar the myc looks so dense and structured and when it hits a pan or tub the surface myc can take on a fuzzy, shag carpet look to it. But I found that it is healthy to look this way. (I'm still not sure about the grey one.)
Good Luck.

Did you use a different substrate for the grey looking one?

Yeah myc can come in different colors. I've seen greyer looking myc than others.
