As long as you bundle em up and use a seat belt, they'll be fine.

Also I was wondering if when they are colonizing do I remove the micropore tape and foil and let them colonize also do I inject the spores through the micropore tape or do I remove the tape when I inoculate I'm sorry for all the questions just want to get it right and not fuck up

I remove the tape. Foil is just to keep water off while in the pc. If you have a dry verm layer on top, I would take the tape off , inoculate then leave the tape off. Make sure your syringe penetrates the dry verm layer and you'll be good

Why not leave at your house until full colonization and if your gonna transport id leave as much protection on the jars until at its final destination
