It's very necessary imo. I should have done one at the beginning of the year but I've been slippin.. ve irons sells a kit that has everything you need but you'd probably save money buying the stuff separate.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

I know and read about a few ways, but I'm interested if anyone has actually had success with different ways
Is it necessary/healthy to cleanse a colon?
Thanks
stick your detachable shower head into your anus and turn it on? or take a hose and stick it in your anus and fill your colon with water and then release it while laying on your back. ive never tried it but they do this in Asia

it isnt needed unless you're experiencing impacted stool and if that's the case simply try a laxative and it can be harmful to use these cleanses, as someone mentioned, the psillium/bentonite cleanse, this actually creates the problem

I think our bodies are more suited to run ketogenic rather than on carbs.
I've been strictly a simple diet for over a year now, I've lost 95 pounds, feel pretty decent.

I think It honestly depends on the person. I find people who were over weight for long periods of time usually have much more stable blood sugar levels on a keto diet.
just drink a whole bottle of prune juice, will clean you right out lol

When all goes well, which is does on 95% of the days in a month:
Shake for breakfast, 2 raw eggs including the shell, handful of almonds and pecans, 2 cups of yogurt, 6 ice cubes, few sprinkles of flax and few sprinkles of coconut. Chase with a half litre of water or more. Multivitamins and whatever as well.
Coffee, water, then canned peas, corn, beats, for lunch, sometimes beans to mix it up.
Water coffee water coffee, then steamed veggies and 2 or 3 chicken backs with the leg attached for supper.
Everything you need is there, the difference in my thinking is I'm eating for my body not for my tastebuds.
And honestly, after being away from the shit food for even a few days, you really really appreciate the taste and value of good wholesome food.
There's no more eating for pleasure because I feel good about what I'm eating every day anyways.
It's great.
Everything you need is right there.

Hey I just thought I would update this
https://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Organic-Protein-Hi-Fiber-Pound/dp/B0012C2GFM
I had some of this last night. This morning, I "felt" my colon being cleaned this morning. it literally feels empty as opposed to last night. I ate a shitton of junk food the past 2 days. this is something that I rarely do, usually I eat turkey, eggs, whole grain bread, tons of veggies, oatmeal, bananas etc. But I have been a little lazy lately. I had a lot of gas yesterday. today; none.
fuck its actually better than psyllium husk

Recently I've seen a lot of people saying they eat raw eggs on here. Why? That's gross.

Eating raw eggs is pointless. The protien is more bioavailable after cooking
