Been a week since inoculation. No sign of colonizing/ cultivation. BRF tek

They are colonizing on a window sill. Temps don't get that low nor that high in my home. About 72 degrees.

What's the chance the spore print I got was dead? That my flame sterilized blade was too hot when I scraped off the spores? Idk. Thought I should see something happening by now with my jars. Maybe I should just wait longer?

The biggest trip of my life was realizing all of the events and actions described in posts made by this account were never real and had never actually happened, but were instead the delusional ramblings of a severely mentally ill human being. I just had to move on for my own good. I love you all.

Are you saying you scraped a spore print directly into your BRF jars without first preparing a spore syringe? Did you use a flow hood? Sounds like a very high risk of contamination if you scraped directly into a BRF jar, especially without a flow hood.

Some more experienced cultivators here can probably give you a more accurate assessment though.

Sorry. Scraped spore print into sterilized glass. Made spore syringe in a still air box. Tried to be as sterile as possible.

Thanks for the responses. Sorry for not searching first. Will wait longer.

wait another week and then see what happens. 2 weeks is panic time. One week is too soon...
